Perfect spot between Coliseum and train station

This flat was perfect for my son and I. Spacious for the 2 of us w a laundry and deck overlooking internal courtyard. We loved the neighborhood with excellent pizza down the street and one of the best bakeries in Rome around the corner. We loved walking just a few blocks to the Coliseum. An excellent stay!

short stay in Rome a favorite place

Overall the apartment was tired. The pictures on the website are at least 10 years old maybe 15. The building is in a very convenient location with easy access to the metro and shops/restaurants in the area around Plaza Vittorio Emanuele. The bedding is substandard for an "upscale" apartment, the pillows are lumpy and the couch needs to be replaced. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen and no coffee provided. The other VRBO units we rented in Italy that week all had coffee, paper towels, napkins and sugar in the kitchen. Some light bulbs were out, one outlet in the bathroom did not work, there were no luggage stands so we put our suitcases on the floor. On the plus side the representative of the owner, Llaria, met us and was very helpful with the check in and restaurant and market suggestions in the neighborhood. Basically this is, in my opinion, a substandard rental which with a bit of long overdue upgrading can be a beautiful apartment.

Dennis è stato un ospite tutto sommato piacevole durante il suo soggiorno, salvo risultare attraverso la recensione davvero poco onesto e con una comunicazione decisamente da migliorare. L’appartamento è in ottime condizioni e le foto risalgono a qualche anno fa, come si può vedere dalle altre recensioni è sempre molto apprezzato, cosi come sarebbe stato apprezzato ma soprattutto molto più utile sapere se qualcosa non era di suo gradimento durante il soggiorno e non dopo un mese dal check out, in una recensione che non da possibilità alcuna di intervento utile. Sarebbe inoltre opportuno informarsi prima di fare paragoni, poiché non tutti gli appartamenti hanno lo stesso tipo di licenza per affitto in Italia e non tutti possono offrire cibi o alimenti agli ospiti, tra l’altro non essendo obbligatorio e a seguito della pandemia, l’offerta di tali forniture è stata fortemente sconsigliata. Si consiglia fortemente di selezionare con più attenzione una sistemazione in base alle proprie esigenze ed aspettative specifiche, invece di penalizzare senza valide ragioni il lavoro, la dedizione e gli sforzi altrui.

Séjour magnifique grâce à Flavia, son accueil charmant, sa disponibilité, ses conseils avisés. L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, spacieux, super bien équipé. Je le recommande chaudement Merci Flavia!

Great location, efficient apartment.

The apartment is in a nice location. Easy to walk to sites or take the underground. It is small, but efficient. The check-in process was painless. Everything in the apartment worked well and was useful for our stay.

Spectacular stay in Roma!

This is seriously the best apartment for two people ! The building it self was very nice and clean and had an elevator which awesome and rare in Rome. The AC unit in the place was by far the best, kept the place perfectly cold after a hot afternoon outside. Great location If you are good taking quick metro trips which were super easy to navigate. The best part was their customer service! Ilaria was so helpful and gave us great advice for how to enjoy Rome! Will definitely be staying here again!
