Islander Condo # 101 est une unité Silver View, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec cette unité au rez-de-chaussée. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon pour regarder la télévision 32 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et un combo DVD / VHS. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.
La chambre principale dispose d'une nouvelle suite avec un lit king size et une télévision de 27 pouces. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'une télévision de 24 pouces avec lecteur DVD.
Il y a de la carrelage avec des tapis dans les chambres. La piscine et la plage de Destin sont idéalement situées à l'extérieur de votre patio au 1er étage qui se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de Destin.

Great spot for a girls getaway!

This property is in a great spot for access to the beach, pool and parking lot! It was very clean and we were very pleased with it overall.

Perfect location!

We loved this first floor condo, we were able to walk right out to the beach, pool, etc. The unit was clean and met our expectations. I was glad we were able to do the laundry exchange twice during the week to get clean towels. Defintely recommend the stay!

Senior Trip with Dad!

This was a wonderful opportunity for my son and his friends (All age 18) to go on a senior trip before going away to college, to have a fun time at the ocean with a wonderful chaperone (his dad) Our son wanted to show his friends around where is was born and where his mothers' family is from. The property was very comfortable for everyone!

Perfect Location

Great location, steps to the beach. Unit was clean other than gnats coming in front door. Pool closes early for our liking. Many gnats coming into unit from overloaded trash dumpster at bottom of chute. Area needs to be cleaned thoroughly and more frequently.

Review of 101

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was great. Even though it is on the gulf side, there is really no gulf view because it is so low. We had a few things repaired within the first 24 hours like the directions said to do. The kitchen is quite adequate with supplies. However, the upholstered furniture needs a definite dry cleaning. It was very dirty. Also, the master bath tub cold use some non slip grips in the base of the tub.

Unit 101...super close to the beach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're primarily wanting to sleep, then this unit was great. Literally have the beach within walking distance and a pool by the back door. No stairs. However, the inside is really dated. The beds super uncomfortable, the appliances really old. The furniture really old! I was disappointed at the price you pay to have the unit not be more modern. Like I said, the perk is opening the back door and having the beach so close!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in our room location. View was of pickle ball courts and non stop traffic going in and out of the neighboring building. Room is very outdated . Staff was great; general manager awful; we were trying to re-book for next year to different room, and after MULTIPLE requests for a manager to call us over a 4 week period, never got the courtesy of a call. Won’t be back next year after staying here for over 10 years😔

I love the Islander, but this wasn’t my best experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my family go to the Islander every year. Aunts, uncles, cousins, since we were kids. This year was great as well, but the room wasn’t exactly great. I paid for a mid tier room, but this was one of the worst rooms we stayed in. When we got to the room, it had a smell to it, almost as I the cleaning staff tried to use a cleaner to cover it up. After a few days when the cleaner smell wore off, it smelled a little off, not sure what it was. There were also roaches, I’m sure from being right by the trash bins, but regardless, didn’t enjoy that. Other little cosmetic things too, bathroom vanity was old and warped, paint job was terrible, those sorts of things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 101 is the best location on the property for beach access. We absolutely love it! We have stayed there 15 plus years. However, it needs updates to mattresses, TV's, appliances. We hope every year it will happen, but it hasn't. Our kids are older and need comfortable sleeping arrangements for a week long trip, so we may have to move from our favorite unit for future stays. Again, this is a terrific location.

Great location

The location is convenient for beach access. It’s even closer than the pictures may indicate. The gated entrance and location of the property seems to offer extra security. Check in was simple and provided by very friendly staff. The furniture is a little dated and not comfortable. This includes the couches, dining chairs and beds. Updates of the furniture and in the bathrooms would make this a five star rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in the way our unit was furnished. It was really worn with old furniture and in need of several repairs. We notified the front desk of the broken items and they did send maintenance to repair them. I’m not sure why it was rented with towel bars dangling from the walls. The location of the unit did help make up for some of the dinginess. You are definitely the easiest place to load and unload your car and get on and off the beach and to the pools. We would not rent this unit again. We had never stayed there and did not pay enough of attention to their condo ratings. Maggie is awesome at the desk. She goes above and beyond. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit was really a bonus.

Overall good vacation

Great location! Property in general is clean, including the outside. Housekeeping did a good job with the cleaning. The unit I stayed in is old and is badly in need of upgrades. The worst part though is the furniture, namely the couch. It is filthy and not only looks dirty but smells badly as well. It causes a bad odor in the entire common area.

Fantastic first time at the Gulf

Never visited the Gulf beaches before, we enjoyed a quick holiday over kids' spring break. Would definitely come back to this property again. Clean and convenient to the beach and pool.

Location of 101 was very convenient. However the unit was very very dated and the TV (used in Feb during rain) is in desperate need of upgrade compared to other units. We would not stay there again unless the unit was upgraded as we moved to a different units for 2022.

Easy, relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were impressed with the immediate communication upon booking that made our entrance and check in seamless. The unit was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed being able to walk out our unit and just a few steps to the boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We will definitely consider the Islander again when visiting Destin. Well worth the price we paid for the convenience of the beach, location in Destin, condition of the property.
