Bienvenue sur Islander 317! Sortez à la plage, détendez-vous sur le balcon et profitez des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil sur le golfe, ou profitez des parcs aquatiques locaux, des restaurants, des boutiques et de la vie nocturne!

Nous avons un accès privé à la plage qui se trouve à quelques minutes à pied du hall Islander. Un service de plage gratuit comprenant 2 chaises et un parasol est disponible de mars à octobre. Vous pouvez également louer des pagaies et des kayaks sur la plage.

Notre unité est située au 3ème étage et a été entièrement rénovée en 2015. Il y a du carrelage frais et propre, des comptoirs et des appareils en granit, une nouvelle literie et de nouveaux meubles dans la salle à manger et la chambre principale. C'est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le canapé du salon se transforme en un grand canapé-lit. Il y a 3 téléviseurs: un écran plat 55 pouces (avec lecteur Blu-ray) dans le salon et un écran plat 32 pouces dans chaque chambre. Il y a une salle de sport avec un tapis roulant, une machine elliptique et deux machines de résistance du haut du corps à côté de la réception dans le hall. Nous avons également deux piscines (dont une chauffée), plusieurs barbecues extérieurs, un jeu de palets, des courts de tennis et un terrain de basket.

Notre unité fait partie du programme de location The Islander, ce qui signifie que vous recevez tous les services fournis par le complexe, y compris une réception ouverte 24h / 24 pendant les mois d'été. Des activités pour les enfants sont disponibles pendant la haute saison estivale, notamment la peinture sur la plage, des spectacles d'animaux exotiques et plus encore!

Great room bad bad

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first went into the master bedroom we noticed there was what looked like a blood stain on the white blanket on the bed. We went to the front desk and the woman working the desk was very helpful and apologetic and found someone to get into the Islanders linen close. At first this second person told us they only had sheets and that we needed to just use whatever was in the closet in the room, however someone did end up coming to the room while we were out and removed the stained blanket and remade the bed with a fresh one. Next issue with the bed was when we actually got in it later that night. We laid down and immediately noticed that our feet were higher than our head ands that the bed frame was not level. We got out of bed and on the ground to look under the bed and tried to fix it ourselves the best we could. It looked like there was the original frame for the bed and then part of another metal frame that had just been set under the bed to try to provide extra support. Please just get a new solid frame for the master bedroom. Everything else about the condo was good. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we liked the overall decor.

Overall nice place!

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Short walk to the beach and with the chair and umbrella included it was a plus. Loved that there was two pool options and how close the condo was to attractions and restaurants. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The view isn't terrible but would have loved a beach view, its blocked by other buildings. The condo was clean, beds and couch were comfortable for a 5 day stay, parking was good. Location was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.
