Sandpiper Cove unit 3106 is located in a gated 43-acre resort on the Gulf & Destin Harbor. FREE family friendly amenities include 5 swimming pools (2 heated seasonally), hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and 9-hole par-3 golf course. Walk (4 minutes) or drive to the 1100' of private beach access within the complex to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. Beach service for 2 (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) is included from March through October. Additional chairs and umbrellas can be reserved through the beach service company for an additional charge. The Sand Flea is a gulf view tiki bar open March-October. Upscale waterfront dining on the Harbor at Louisiana Lagniappe is part of the resort too!

Unit 3106 (950 sq ft) is a renovated ground level unit (6 stairs required to enter) with two bedrooms and two full baths and is located on the harbor canal with views of the par 3 golf course and the canal from the double French doors to the private balcony. You can enjoy watching the coastal birds sunning and fishing while relaxing on the wicker swing or dine in the shade of the covered balcony.

The open concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for the chef. Gather around the island or the dining table for food and games. Oversized sectional with reclining chairs also includes a full size sofa bed. Wireless internet in the condo allows for streaming on the flat screen smart TVs.

The ensuite Master Bedroom is furnished with a coastal theme and a king bed. A quiet nook by the window, overlooking the canal, has a table and chair for a place to read or work. Master Bedroom also has a second vanity with a sink in addition to the private bathroom. TV included in the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds (200 lb limit on top bunk) which has a nautical theme. TV included in the bedroom. The second bath has a tub and shower.

Boats can be launched and/or docked on the property/canal for an additional fee (contact Sandpiper Cove main office). Boat trailers cannot be kept at Sandpiper Cove and you must arrange for them to be stored off-site. Water taxi (seasonal) can be used for rides to/from dining and excursion options in the harbor directly from Sandpiper Cove.

**Other Information**
A small stacked washer and dryer is available for use in the unit (detergent not provided) or there is an onsite coin operated laundry facility.
Wifi is included.
TVs are smart TVs where you can access your favorite streaming services with your own login. Basic cable is included on the living room TV.
A starter set of toiletries, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, soap and toilet paper are provided and are not restocked during your trip.
Two hair dryers are provided.
Two beach towels are provided.
One towel set provided per person.
One stroller provided (please do not take on the beach).
A variety of board games and puzzles are in the condo for use.
We provide coffee filters for the drip coffee machine (coffee not provided). There is also a Keurig in the kitchen.
Tesla chargers located less than a mile away in the Winn Dixie parking lot.

Parking is on a first come, first serve basis with parking adjacent to the condo. Two car limit.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the patio.
No pets allowed without prior approval. If staying >21 days we will consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire before making reservation.

***Sandpiper Cove HOA requires the primary guest to be at least 25 (Photo ID must be presented at check-in). The person making the reservation MUST be staying at the condo for the duration of the trip. Guests may not make reservations on behalf of someone else. No exceptions can be allowed.***

**Snowbirds**
Snowbird friendly - inquire about extended stay rates. Sandpiper Cove also offers a Snowbird calendar of events for January through March for activities throughout the resort (golf, water aerobics, game nights, card game tournaments, yoga, darts, line dancing, zumba, pickleball and more!). In addition, the city of Destin has an active Snowbird program with a variety of event offerings. For guests staying 21 days or more we will allow up to two dogs for an additional fee.

Severe weather cancellation policies: Our property is in a tropical area which means the weather that is typical in those locations (such as hurricanes) should be anticipated and recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover such situations. If a hurricane or other natural disaster is expected to affect your travels and you wish to cancel your trip, we will gladly provide any needed documentation for you to submit to your travel insurance. Our cancellation policy through the platform will be followed.
