No other place on the Gulf Coast provides the combination of luxury and relaxing community feel as OKALOOSA ISLAND in Fort Walton Beach. With its natural beauty, this is truly a place where you can relax and unwind. THANK YOU for your comments on your LATE ARRIVAL check-in, we appreciate you pointing out the ease of which you can collect your info for the evening you arrive, to get you to and into your condo for the evening. Fort Walton provides everything Destin and Panama City do, only at a LESS CROWDED pace. It's great to not have to fight the horrible traffic that backs up sometimes. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated, we hope to have you back again as a repeat guest for another quick weekend getaway, if not longer!

Thank you greatly for visiting our beautiful Emerald Coast. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed Gulfside 302, this is a lovely one bedroom condo right on the Gulf. We appreciate your business and we hope to have you back very soon!

We are so ecstatic you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for all your lovely feedback. We are glad Mike was able to fix the maintenance issue for you and we cannot wait to host you again!

We just love this one bedroom condo at the Gulfside. Beautiful and PRIVATE making for a peaceful and relaxing beach vacation-this is what this condo has to offer!! We are simply thrilled that you enjoyed your stay here as it really is everything you say it is. The views are really what you come for and this condo is absolutely not lacking on views. Your five star ratings say everything and we're sincerely grateful to you for staying through Brooks and Shorey Resorts. Please call us directly to book your next stay at the Gulfside in unit 302 so we can make sure your return guest discount gets applied!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your stay at Gulfside 302. We truly appreciate hearing from our guests, and we're delighted to know that you enjoyed the quietness of the condo. Creating a comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable experience is always our goal, and it's wonderful to hear that the accommodations contributed to your stay. While we understand your concerns regarding the fitness center, please note that the gym is maintained by the HOA, and neither the property owner nor Brooks and Shorey Resorts has direct control over its condition. Additionally, the fees associated with your reservation are paid to the property owner and management company, not the HOA. A 10:00 AM checkout time is standard for vacation rentals throughout our area and allows our housekeeping and maintenance teams adequate time to prepare the property for incoming guests. We also understand how important furnishings, décor, and amenities can be to the overall guest experience. We strive to be transparent about what is and is not provided so guests can plan accordingly before arrival. Your comments are valuable, and we will be happy to share your suggestions regarding the furniture and décor with the property owner for future consideration. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
