Unit 1603 is a rare gulf-front experience. This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath features an over 2000 square foot private terrace with unparalleled gulf views. Interior features include quartz countertops, newly updated bathrooms, new furniture and bedding, updated ceiling fans in bedrooms. Freshly painted and all new bathrooms in 2022! Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from the Keurig while taking in the gorgeous terrace views!

The balcony boasts incredible views of the gulf: you can see the sunrise, sunset, and everything in between! Try to catch a glimpse of some dolphins in the crystal clear water!

Edgewater is the Destin/ Miramar Beach area's best location. Directly across from the Silver Sands outlet mall; within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery store. Just half a mile from Sandestin and close to golf course and Baytown Wharf.

Exterior updates include pool and hot tub resurfaced, exterior paint, new elevators, among other things!

There are beds for 7 guests. Primary suite with a King bed; one suite with a Queen bed; and a guest room with a twin over queen bunk bed. (Queen/bottom portion of bunk is arranged for easy bed entrance on both sides). Max occupancy is 7.

3rd Bedroom with twin over queen bunk.

Must be 25 and older to reserve and stay

No Smoking in the unit and No Golf Carts allowed on the Property.

A $500 refundable security deposit will be collected prior to your stay and refunded after the unit is left in good condition.

No Pets

**From June- Aug, bookings only accepted if checking in and/or out on a Saturday. (This avoids 'blocking' two weeks' worth of rental opportunities.) (Exceptions may be made for Sundays). Minimum 6 nights during this timeframe.

We loved this location and unit! It was perfect. The only thing to share is that the top bunk bed was very wobbly. My son did not like sleeping up there as a result.

Best view ever

Everything you wanted plus more. Great view from this huge, wonderful deck. Great location private beach, walk to Winn-Dixie, Austin's Seafood and Oyster Bar, Chic-Filet, and more. We will definitely be back!

Fun stay

The place was great but I think it could have been better equipped. We stayed at another unit here that had beach chairs and towels provided which made traveling significantly easier. Another unit included beach service. This trip was harder hailOtherwise it’s a great place. Good amount of room. Kitchen well stocked. Terrace is a plus. Owners are very responsive! I’d stay again

Amazing Views

Courtney was a wonderful host. She made herself available to answer questions regarding parking and check-in. The unit has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is updated with quartz and new appliances. It is well stocked and spacious. All three bathrooms have also been updated with beautiful tile. Great water pressure. The real reason we selected this unit was the large terrace with views of the gulf with plenty of outdoor seating.

It’s all about the balcony!

The view from this property is amazing. We had a great and relaxing time. We had everything we needed. The only down side was there was only one elevator that was not air conditioned. This was not the condo owners fault. The building is in the process of repairing the other elevator.

Amazing views!

Loved our stay! The deck is the best for watching sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the host was easy to get ahold of if needed. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great condo! Great week!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked to accommodate cooking meals each day. The property was new, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!! Beach was gorgeous and we will miss the sunsets each night from the terrace.

The location and view are amazing! The condo was super clean and decorated nicely. Figuring out the parking and elevators was a little confusing at first, but once we figured everything out, the rest of the stay was perfect. The owner and property managers were both very responsive and super helpful. The deck and views from there were beautiful and got plenty of use during our stay!
