Mas Colada est la parfaite petite maison de plage privée !!!!

Belle maison de 3 chambres dans une rue fermĂ©e avec une plage privĂ©e. Vues sur le golfe et un bain Ă  remous sur le pont. SituĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du centre commercial et du Sandestin Resort. La cour est immense. Grande cour pour accueillir une rĂ©ception de mariage. Les logements comprennent une buanderie, une cuisine, une salle familiale et une incroyable suite parentale. Cette maison est situĂ©e au bout de la route dans une rue fermĂ©e. Il n'y a absolument aucun trafic. Le seul qui passe est toi !! Le dernier Ă©tage est une luxueuse configuration 1 chambre trĂšs spacieuse. Le niveau infĂ©rieur doit ĂȘtre accessible par des escaliers extĂ©rieurs. Le niveau infĂ©rieur comprend 2 chambres supplĂ©mentaires, une salle de bain complĂšte, une kitchenette et un espace famille / salle Ă  manger.

Loved our stay. Beach was just a short minute walk. We had 2 families plus teenagers friends. The beach wasn’t as crowded as some of the other beaches on into Destin.

Great location, great size for our family plenty of space. Short walk yo the beach! Could use some baking sheets and utensils for the grill over all we had everything else we needed!

Family Fun

Our first family beach trip. We had blast the house was clean easy access to the beach. Only thing was to get to the upstairs you had to go outside to go up, we made it work. The neighbor was safe and clean. Would stay here again

Great place to stay. The location is really good, only a few steps from the beach in an inside street super safe for kids. The house was really confortable with everything that we needed and more.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

This location was perfect for our family! Had more than enough beds and space to relax while not on the beach! The covered porch area was a bonus for morning coffee and late evenings to enjoy the outdoors out of the sun!

Great property in a great location

What a great experience and perfect rental for the week with my family. The beach is right there you can easily walk across to, the private road keeps traffic out and makes it safe for kids. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient and nice place to stay. Only recommendation is to get a better couch in the living room of the main house. Everything else was awesome. Definitely would recommend.

Nice place to stay

Upset there was no hot tub but over all was a real nice place. Plenty of room for everyone. Romero ( maintenance guy) would see us and come check if we needed anything and recommended a gator restaurant. Kids loved. Thank you

Great Location

The house was located on a great street with an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and in good condition. It is the perfect set up for multiple families to have their own privacy yet still social together. The owners are extremely nice and respond within minutes. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Perfect location

The location of this house is perfect. Short 1 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker made ice all week which was a big plus. It was also very nice to have 2 refrigerators in the house. It was nice to sit out on the balcony every morning and see the ocean while drinking our coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay

Whennwe got to the property we had a problem with ac not working in the lower part of the house but I called and left a message and the maintenance guy Romeo was there in a few minutes and stayed in touch to make sure it stayed working when it quit the second time he cmgit someone out to fix it and brought a window unit late at night so we didnt have to sleep in the heat I feel we were treated great there is a nice yard and it right at the beach maybe a 2 minute walk to water we loved our stay thanks

Wonderful location

Loved Mas Coladas! I recommend taking a fan and an egg crate. Beautifully decorated place and so nice overall but AC struggles and the bed is super hard. I must add that I am super hot natured and have a very nice mattress at home so I am super spoiled! Would definitely book again!

Great location!

The house was within a minute walking distance of the beach, which was a plus for us having young children. The neighborhood was gated and felt safe. Everything was in working order and communication was great with owners and property management. The split level was good for us having our older kids downstairs. One thing I would add is more kitchen utensils, we cooked at the house several nights and didn't have adequate knives to cut potatoes and vegetables. Other than that, we loved the home and would stay again! Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Property is very nice and beautiful but appears to have not been thoroughly cleaned for sometime. The yard was littered. While not the owners fault, be advised that the neighborhood can turn into party central at anytime.

Wonderful Little Place

We loved our stay at Mas Coladas! Our experience with the cleaning and maintenance staff was awesome. It's very private for being in a densely populated area. We loved having the big yard for the kids to throw football and play in. The beach was fantastic. A couple of things to note: The is NO hot tub or pool. It can be confusing because the listing shows a hottub in pictures and your contract will mention both a pool and a hottub. The home is set up almost like a duplex with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. Note that the upstairs (main) part only has a king bed and twin bunks so if you have more than 2 kids keep in mind they will have to sleep in an area that is separate from you with its own entryway. The upstairs could use a bigger sofa. a small sectional would be perfect. There isn't much room to sit around as a group during meals unless you eat outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure book this property again.

Unfairly evicted first morning

I had an unexpected emergency and so I sent my son and his friends who are all over 20 2122 to check into the house Friday night and my mom who is 68 was coming the next day. The owner showed up Saturday morning evicted us and would not answer my phone calls. He then emailed me and said it didn’t matter if my mom was there or not he didn’t allow chaperoned guests or kids on spring break. I think this is a scam to get people to rent. The house sleeps 13 but no chaperoned guests? And spring break runs from March to April so why do you even rent those times if you don’t want people on Spring Break. We should have gotten a refund but was refused even after learning my families emergency.

Great location. Steps from the beach. Private road access.

Great for families with children that worry about traffic. This property sits on a gated private dead-end street at the very end so you see no traffic during your stay. Easy access to private beach area that was never overcrowded. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had issues with 2 items. The air in the downstairs apartment would go up to 75 at night and we would wake up hot. Cable only worked in living room upstairs.

Beautiful white sands

Nice area, small but spacious rooms. One bed was in need of a new mattress. Construction all around so if u r a late sleeper not for you. Overall very nice place and location. Beach was not crowded.
