This semi-detached annexe rests in Drybrook, Gloucestershire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Annex is a semi-detached cottage resting in Drybrook in Gloucestershire. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen and a living room/diner whilst to the outside, there is a front garden with patio, decking, seating and ponds, while ample off-road parking is available. The Annex is a gorgeous property for a group of four to embrace the stunning landscapes of the Gloucestershire countryside.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Front garden with patio, decking, seating and ponds. Two well-behaved pets allowed (can be more on negotiation). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: this property is an annexe attached the owner's home. Note: keep front gates closed due to wild boars in the area. Note: Children must be supervised at all times in the front garden around the ponds
