Situ������ au bord de la mer �� Anastasia est un penthouse magnifique avec une vue fantastique sur l'océan. C'est de loin le meilleur condo de tout le complexe! Ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain a été récemment acheté et redécoré par des professionnels avec tous les nouveaux meubles et équipements. Le condo est à quelques pas de l'oc��an, du quai de pêche, des restaurants, des boutiques et des activités. Les installations comprennent une piscine chauff���e, une salle de remise en forme, un parking, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un accès Internet sans fil gratuit.

Seaside at Anastasia a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances, y compris une piscine chauffée, une salle de fitness ainsi que des ascenseurs. À quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de St. Augustine où il y a beaucoup de nourriture, de magasins et de sites touristiques. La ferme aux alligators est également à proximité et offre une nouvelle exp��rience de tyrolienne.

Parcourir les nombreuses boutiques de cadeaux et galeries d'art le long et autour de St. George Street. Découvrez les bâtiments historiques, tels que la plus ancienne école en bois. Louez un jet ski ou un Segway.

N’oubliez pas la fontaine de jouvence - apportez de l’eau de fontaine en bouteille à votre «vieille�� famille et à vos amis! La rue Augustine Outlet Mall n’est pas loin. Jouez une partie d'or au World Golf Village. My family really loved this Penthouse condo! It was perfect for my granddaughter who is 9, all the way up to my 88 year old mother in law. The pool area was wonderful too! Location was really clean evening to the beach and to restaurants and attractions. Will rent again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & well equipped. The primary bed was comfortable and I slept well. The only downside for me is there is a lot of walking required. However, the condo is close to several eateries and the beach. The pier was closed for repairs while we were visiting but it's a short walk as well. A very walkable property.

We had an enjoyable stay. It was just a short walk to the beach just across the street. There were 7 of us including grandchildren and the unit was spacious and comfortable. Great communication.

What a beautiful rental condo! We felt very much at home . It had everything we could possibly need including a spectacular view. We really liked the location and the choice of many restaurants close by. We are looking forward to renting the same unit again next year.

Accommodating!

The condo was very accommodating for our large family. The only thing that would make this condo even better is some fresh paint through living area & outside balcony doors. Overall happy with everything else.

Fantastic All Around!

This place is perfect in so many ways! The location is perfect for walking to different restaurants and the beach. The Master bedroom was huge and we slept like babies. The kitchen is adequately stocked and so are the bathrooms. Dora was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

So spacious!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean! Great location to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommend Salt Life restaurant. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and it was very light at night due to the outdoor street lights. Otherwise, we loved it!!

Good location

Condo is short easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo is in gated community so very safe. Beds were comfortable. Small screened in area was nice in the early morning. I do agree with others about den furniture, chairs should be replaced. I would probably stay there again.

Nice condo; good location

As other reviews noted, there was a musty smell at first but it dissipated quickly and the living room chairs need new cushions. Otherwise good condo with three bedrooms in good location and distant ocean view.

Great condo!

What a wonderful property. My family of 6 had plenty of room. Large condo, nicely furnished, with great views of the ocean. Definitely the best condo on the property. Elevator come in handy for sure with getting groceries and luggage up 3 flights of stairs. A plus for sure! Great restaurants near by to walk to. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Wonderful family trip

We were in St Augustine for a family wedding and stayed at seaside by Anastasia condos Unit was very pretty and we felt very safe Our only complaint was the furniture in the living area was very old and extremely uncomfortable. There is NO cushioning in the two chairs.

Unfortunately, my experience after checkout was very disappointing.The property itself was acceptable, but after our stay, the host charged my credit card for alleged damage to a glass table without ever contacting me to discuss the issue or ask any questions. I was never given an opportunity to review the claim, provide my side of the story, or inspect the alleged damage before the charge was processed.As a frequent traveler, I understand that accidents can happen and legitimate damages should be addressed appropriately. However, I believe communication and transparency are important. In this case, I felt the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner.Future guests should take detailed photos and videos of the property, furniture, and furnishings upon arrival and departure to protect themselves from potential disputes.I would not stay with this host again.

Lesson learned! We made an exception and rented to a young man under our required age limit. His group damaged a large glass tabletop and departed, taking the guest parking pass. We did send photos of the damage, and he admitted to leaving with the parking pass. The guest was treated fairly and was held responsible for the damage caused by his group. This is a great oceanside property in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, consistently well reviewed.

Family stay in saint Augustine beach area

We really enjoyed it . Host was great in answering questions ahead of time. Nice set up. Helped that there is elevator since unit is on 3rd level. Spent good amount of time at pool. Went to beach right across the way . Also found out down the way you can go park on the beach and set up there so we did that too 1 day. Nice that there are 2 beach chairs in closet and some beach toys . Salt life restaurant was really good. Get the almond crusted grouper topped with lobster in coconut cream sauce if you go. Beds and furniture super comfortable. Kitchen stocked nicely. Love that there are tvs in every room. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops including RITAS custard and gilotti. Only 10 minute drive to historic downtown Saint Augustine . Highly recommend this place

Fantastic

Has have being mentioned in other reviews the pictures are not deceiving in any way, what you see in the pictures is what the property looks like. My family and I spent 4 nights here and honestly could not have asked for a better experience and place. The owner was more than happy to help with any questions, and was very accommodating. It’s basically diagonal from the county pier, and while you cannot see all of the beach you will be able to enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony, and of course get that nice ocean breeze. If you are traveling with small children you do not have to worry too much about the balcony because of high railing and the entire balcony is screened in. I honestly cannot day enough good things about this property and the owner, both were great and I would most definitely stay here again and again. If you want a awesome place to stay, then this my friend is it.

Spacious condo across from the beach

The property is just as described. Great location acrossA1A within walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for an extended family vacation. Other family had a similar condo in the complex. I will say this condo’s kitchen was much better equipped than theirs and more spacious than their 3 bedroom. It is decorated beautifully. My only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains over the blinds. We had difficulty sleeping because the room was bright at night from the street lights and the sun at 6 A.m. However, the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely a place for the beach. The pool at the complex left a lot to be desired but our family was there for the ocean so it was fine.
