Belle maison unifamiliale 2/2 - terrasse couverte et (1) garage pour voiture. Situé au coeur de St. Augustine Beach à quelques maisons de la jetée de pêche et de la plage. Clôturé dans la cour / Animaux acceptés. Internet sans fil!

Ce concept à aire ouverte complètement rénové 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain maison de plain-pied est parfait pour vos vacances. Préparez vos repas dans la belle cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size.

Ville balnéaire pittoresque! Que vous aimiez surfer, nager, pagayer, bronzer, prendre une chaise et lire sur la plage, il y en a pour tous les go��ts! Pas besoin de voiture lorsque vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au Pier Park, qui comprend le marché fermier du mercredi, la série de concerts du mercredi soir par la mer, le volley-ball, la pêche, la pétanque et un parc Splash au Pier. Just Perfect!

We wanted to a quiet getaway and this was perfect. The house was in a great location and just a short walk to the beach. Don't think about it - book it!

Great week-long beach rental!

We needed a place to stay somewhat last minute and Marty accommodated our request and communicated with us in a timely manner! It is an easy walk to the beach, close to a variety of restaurants and in a cute neighborhood! The house was clean and is a great set up. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Beach Home

We love this very nice, nautical beach home with a wonderful location in St. Augustine Beach. The home is very cozy, clean with a well-stocked kitchen and adorable nautical theme decor. It is short walk to multiple good restaurants and cute shops, and steps to the beach.

Fantastic location & comfortable

Super location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, with a great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Clean and stocked with necessary vacay items. Great for our pups with fenced in yard. Only suggestion is to cut the grass in backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable beach home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained, adorable beach home in a fabulous location in St. Augustine Beach. The home was very neat with a cute beach decor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach access was an easy one block walk to a beautiful wide beach. Wonderful restaurants were in walking distance of the home as well as a mini-golf course. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

First ever Family House Rental.

Away From the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to what you want to visit. The house was very comfortable and quite nice. All the extras in the house made for a relaxing stay. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you and see ya soon.

Great home away from home!

Completely enjoyed our rental! Extremely clean, great location and easy to work with the property management team. They were even to accommodate a last minute request for an extra night stay. Being in Property management myself in the Savannah market, I definitely back a five star review on this rental and the company that handles it! I plan on renting again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location!

This was a super cute house! Location was primo! We love the neighborhood. It wasn’t super clean but acceptable. Also not well stocked; no extra towels, couldn’t find sheets for the sleeper couch and no games for rainy days. Would however stay there again for sure!!!

Overall a nice stay. I would recommend a different TV cable service. Even basic cable would be better. Also I would recommend cutting the back yard .

Good location

cute home in good location close to beach and eateries. Needs a little tlc. Had some housekeeping issues but mgmt company very responsive. There is a dog behind but mostly controlled. Kitchen needs update. But overall good for a quick beach vacation.

Overall a good experience. We had a couple issues (the master bathroom toilet doesn’t flush properly and the oven temperature didn’t seem to be correct). Otherwise, the house was very clean and the location was excellent.

Delightful house, great location (and pet-friendly, too!)

What a fantastic house! My husband, son, and I (and our 2 dogs) had a wonderful time here. The house is clean and comfortable, and the fenced back yard is a *huge* bonus when traveling with dogs. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with non-food supplies. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The location can't be beat - a delicious Mexican restaurant is literally across the street, several other restaurants within easy walking distance, and I was *thrilled* to be able to walk to Zaba's each morning for coffee. The beach is just over a block away - an easy and safe walk with the dogs.

Cozy and clean

Very clean! Great location. Good communication. Nicely updated bungalow. Comfortable. Great beds. We liked that it had everything we needed without being overly cluttered, as some can be. If I had any complaint, it would be washer and dryer (in serious need of replacement- opted not to use them except as required for towels at check out). Can't emphasize enough how clean and cozy it was!

Spring break

Pretty clean the floor however didn't seem like it was cleaned in months, sand everywhere when we first checked in. Like the floor had not been swept in months. Over all not to bad.

Thank you for you feedback. I can assure you that the floor is swept and mopped after each guest! If you felt the floor was not clean enough, we would have had the housekeeper reclean it. This home constantly gets 5-star reviews and is cleaned by a great housekeeper.

The property was decent enough. It was clean but could use some overall cosmetics done outside. The beds were comfortable and the house size just right for three adults. We noticed the plumbing had some issues and had to use plunger in each bathroom but resolved easily. This was a concern for us. We also would have appreciated nicer outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoor space better. The fenced yard was great for our small pet. The location is great with lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the beach and pier park.

You will not be disappointed 💜

I was concerned that the Mexican restaurant across the street would be loud with cars all over the place, but it was quiet and we did not hear anything! The house was everything it said it would be. The ceiling are vaulted and there is a sky light in the main bathroom. What a beautiful surprise! The beds we very comfortable and the pull out couch was new. It did rain while we were there and the house had puzzles for the kids to put together and plenty of books for the adults.

Perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this property for Thanksgiving break with my family. The home is just a short 5 minute walk from the beautiful St. Augustine Beach, just cross A1A and there you are! The property itself is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, very clean interior and well groomed exterior. The king size bed was heavenly, the linens were so soft. The garage had handy cleaning supplies for any accidents or messes. We were only 15 minutes by car to St. Augustine center, super convenient location. There was also plenty of shopping within a 5 minute drive (Publix, Dollar Tree, restaurants, banks). Thank you for having us! We'll definitely be back, Stephanie.
