We had a great stay at this property! Everything was as advertised. We had one minor issue that was resolved very quickly with one message in the evening and a response first thing the next morning. Manuals for the washer/dryer combo machine would have been helpful and also a manual for the oven would have been helpful as they were of a brand and type that we were not familiar with.Location in New Town was excellent and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful two bedroom apartment in New Town steps away from a cafe and short walks to the attractions of central Edinburgh. Conveniently, this apartment is in close proximity to the Stockbridge neighborhood, where one can shop and dine as a local, as well as the beautiful Water of Leith pathway along the water. This fourth floor walk up rewards the occupants with beautiful views.

Super nice flat in New Town. Good location. Very clean. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only downside…The stairs (4th floor) were ROUGH! We had large heavy suitcases which we immediately regretted. Additionally extra towels would have been great. While there is a washer with a wash/dry setting, we could not get our clothes to dry. Other than that it was a really nice place.

The Splendid apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room window was Amazing! The one thing I would warn future clients about is that there is no lift (it’s in the description of the property, but I missed seeing it!) and the stairs up to the forth floor are rather steep. The apartment is within walking distance of most all of the tourist sites and is an easy walk - if the weather cooperates! :)I would definitely stay here again!

Edinburgh break

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this wonderful apartment. Great location, restaurants, theatre and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to come back.

Overall great stay, great apartment/flat! Larger than what I anticipated from the pictures. Only drawback was the steps, four flights after walking around Edinburgh every day took its toll.

Apartment was lovely. Comfy communal area, well appointed kitchen, beds comfy and bathrooms modern. Lots of natural light. The stairs to the apartment kept me fit.

Edinburgh stay

Staff and company were excellent to deal with. Loved the location..proximity to Royal Mile and Princess street was excellent. Accommodation were top notch. We all loved the comfortable apartment . Be aware of the stairs if you are on the higher floors.

Great historic neighborhood; wonderful views of the city! Large apartment. En suite bathroom needs a scrub down in shower. Napkins /paper towels would have been nice. Also, we stayed for 5 nights. More than 1.5 rolls of toilet paper would be nice. Restaurants within walking distance as is the royal mile. Great trip. There is no lift so make sure you are able to walk up the 4 floors necessary to reach the apartment.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Very short walk to Princes Street and the Tram stop there, which was so convenient for taking the tram to and from the airport. Highly recommend the tram.Also very close to beautiful and amazing Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile. Edinburgh is just gorgeous. Clean. Stunning. Wish we had more time there.Apartment is very spacious. View is really nice from kitchen/living area windows. The walk up to the 4th floor is something for everyone to consider. It is a lot. We could not figure out how to get our clothes dry after we washed them in the combination washer/dryer. This was a little bit of an issue for us Americans. The management company was EXTREMELY responsive regarding this and our check in and check out as well. They offered a lot of assistance and when we still couldn’t get it to dry our clothes they offered to have someone come over. We felt it wasn’t necessary at that point. Again, communication was excellent. Overall, a great stay.
