This is a fantastic 3 bed 3 bath villa with a family sized HEATED POOL located on a large corner plot on the La Torre golf resort.. It's 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over 2 levels with full central heating and built-in air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms. The details are as follows:



The Lounge has two 3 seat sofas, one of which also converts to a fold out bed if required, a 40” LED smart TV with UK and European TV channels, a DVD player with a variety of films and high speed WiFi internet access. A selection of books, games and children's toys are also provided.



The Dining area has a large solid wood table with 6 chairs, with a child hi-chair available on request.



The Kitchen is fully fitted with a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite work surfaces, with a washing machine in the separate utility room.



MASTER BEDROOM (1st Floor): Double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite with a bath and shower above. There is a small front balcony and a larger sun terrace at the rear over-looking the pool and garden. Built-in remote control air conditioning unit.



BEDROOM 2 (1st Floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes and en-suite with shower. Built-in remote control air conditioning unit



BEDROOM 3 (Ground Floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes, and built-in remote control air conditioning unit. There is a bathroom next door which consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.



REAR GARDEN: Large corner plot with a heated 8m x 4m swimming pool, (pool heating is optional and at an additional cost). The pool has a removable safety fence. The patio behind the house has a wooden pergola providing a partly shaded dining area with 6 seat table, and a large gas BBQ is provided. There is plenty of space for sun-bathing on the patio or grass with the large garden orientated so there is always somewhere in the sun and somewhere in the shade.



Murcia is a fantastic venue for holidays, whether it be to explore the mountains, beaches and bays or for an adventure holiday white rafting, jet skiing, quad biking or even paragliding. And you may have heard that there are a few decent golf courses here too!
