Apartment was excellent and perfectly located for where we wanted to be. It was very clean and well fitted out. No key safe at the property means you have to collect from elsewhere, which adds a little complexity, but worked fine. Everywhere is so expensive in Edinburgh in August, so not great value, but comparable to other properties in central Edinburgh at that time. Good comms from host made everything very smooth.

This was a place to stay. I’m 80 years old and was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. It’s a very guest oriented.

Flat is well situated and within easy walking distance to the main tourist area. Coffee shops and convenience store in the building ground floor were a plus. The flat was clean and while it is showing some signs of wear and tear, this is not yet to a detrimental level; as mentioned in some prior reviews, the step up into the bath/shower combination was a little challenging and requires caution; the washer/dryer unit worked well and was a plus; parking was easy however parking a large vehicle in the narrow assigned slot can be a challenge. The key pick-up process was a little inconvenient but not significantly so. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again if we were looking to stay in the area.

Good communication with the host. Nicely stocked. Perfect location with great view. Would have been 5 stars except for the showers over tub. Even with the provided step up it was very difficult to access the shower safely.

Great Grad Location

This large well appointed apartment is in a great location for University visits. Close to everything with a coffee shop and grocery on ground floor, It was a quite haven after sight seeing and graduation.

The property was clean and well positioned but the check in process and car parking was a night mare. We were really tired and had to collect the key from a hotel several miles away. We then could not park the car until we had accessed the flat and got the parking pass. Checking out was almost but not quite as complicated. It was a nice flat but the single beds were very small. I thought it was expensive. It was rather impersonal - no welcome tray, no milk etc .

Family trip

Excellent accommodation, very clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location in quiet area near University and Meadows with short walk to city centre. We travelled by car so appreciated accommdation had an allocated parking space. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We were so pleased with the location of the apartment. It was right upstairs from a great coffee shop and had a small grocery store in the same building. Located near the University of Edinburgh, and a short walk to all of the sites. It was great!

This apartment is lovelier than any of the pictures. The floor to ceiling windows give an absolutely beautiful view to the park below. We LOVED the accommodations!

Great place that is within walking distance to everything

This place is in a perfect location to explore the core of the ancient city. Walked to the Royal Mile within 10-15 minutes. Loads of shops and restaurants close by. Having the Sainsbury and Starbucks essentially right outside the front door made it super easy to get food. Place is spacious and clean. Would recommend.

Spacious, clean and convenient

With a Sainsbury's grocery store in the building and a well-equipped kitchen, we were right at home for a week- long visit. And, with Old Town just steps away, we could see the sites with ease. We took the tram from the airport and picked up the keys at Waverly Station, and checkout required leaving the keys in the mail slot - simple and easy! Overall, a great experience.

Location location!

This suite was as advertised. It had a large open conceot living room, kitchen, and dinning room. Bedrooms located at seperate ends of unit. 20 min walk from Waverley train station. Castle and Royal Mile only a 6 to 7 minute walk. Small grocery on ground level was a bonus. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by.

Great location, comfortable apartment

We highly recommend this property. The only drawback for us was no air conditioning, which was easily remedied by opening windows. However, night times can be quite noisy as this location is occupied by a lot of students. This location is walking distance to all of the Edinburgh attractions, bars, cafes and a small grocery. Perfect!
