-Booking Requirements- One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

City Retreat @ West End Village is a newly refurbished, beautifully appointed two-bedroom holiday apartment offering flexible living for up to 4 guests (plus optional sofa bed for children under 10).
Living & Dining Step into a bright, open-plan living area designed for comfort and style. Relax on plush seating while watching your favourite shows on the widescreen TV or stream music through the high-quality Sonos sound system. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen include a Nespresso machine, oven, hob, microwave and full cookware set, making this ideal for quick breakfasts and dinner nights in alike.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms There are two peaceful, well-lit bedrooms: Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with a comfortable double bed; great for couples or family stays. A separate family bathroom features a shower-over-bath for relaxing after a day exploring Edinburgh’s streets. All linens, towels and essential toiletries are provided.

Our stay was lovely. The location was great. Close enough to Princes Street, Old Town, Haymarket Station, and other sites while also being on a nice quiet street for peaceful sleep. Communication was great, home was lovely and clean and the price was right. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We've been to Edinburgh before, staying in hotels in Old Town and New Town. Having already done the tourist thing, we wanted to see what it felt like to live there. This apartment was just right. Close to a grocery, drug store, pubs, bakeries, etc., and still very walkable to George, Queen, and Princes Streets and beyond. And despite begin so close to the action, it was blessedly quiet.

A wonderful time in Edinburgh
What a perfect property for my family of four to rent while we were in Edinburgh. It is away from the crush of tourists but just one stop away on the trolly from the center of town. The place was clean, well appointed and beautiful. I'd highly recommend this to anyone needing a place in Edinburgh.

Perfect location, perfect stay
Apartment is in the perfect location within walking distance or a short ride to anywhere you need to go. We were in town visiting the Royal Highland Show and took the tram which was just down the block. Apartment was clean, looks just like the pictures providing plenty of room for four of us.

Great space that allowed us to cook and relax at the end of the night. Very centralized location where it was easy to walk, catch the tram or a taxi. Check in was very simple and we got details from the property manager, Karen, the day prior. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great location!
This apartment was located within a 25 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, Scotland museum, and Grassmarket. Tram and buses a block away. Plenty of restaurants in neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and kitchen well stocked. Would recommend highly!

Bed were good. No Place in shower to hold anything so had to keep bending down for shampo and soap . Near everything.
