Great location and the Home Holidays team was very responsive and quick to take care of things. The property was very clean and the view from the balcony can’t be beat.

The home was absolutely beautiful and a perfect location. We loved the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean, and everything we could want was just a quick walk away. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were accessible. As mentioned by a few other renters, there seems to be a bit of a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms as the shower did not fully drain and there is an off smell when entering, but I understand that plumbing can be difficult to close to the sea. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

The place was in a brilliant location looking over the sea which was beautiful

The place was in a brilliant location looking over the sea which was beautiful. It is on the doorstep of a gorgeous beach, restaurants bars and shops. I couldn’t recommend enough. The place was perfectly clean and very spacious. The host sent us a welcome pack of all instructions making checking in and out extremely easy. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We love the apartment and have had a wonderful experience on both visits

The apartment is in the best location for Albufeira Old Town. Having 4 double bedrooms perfectly suited our group and the apartment is modern and clean.

Location was wonderful. Hard to find parking in the area. One of the rooms were musty and smelled like mold. When you first walk in there is a strong smell of sulfur/sewer scent. But location is definitely a plus. The view was beautiful!

The place smelt bad, strong sewer smell, especially after flushing the toilets. No window screens, can't open (bugs). 1 bedroom was a converted storage room off the courtyard. This room is not a bedroom. Stuffy, stale, small, dark and damp. It was in the courtyard which had a smelly sewer drain, was open to the outside, you couldn't leave the beddoor open to vent due to bugs (mosquitoes/cockroaches/geckos) would enter. You have to go through an outside door, enter the courtyard then go through the bedroom door, very inconvenient for using the bathroom in the night. Room had a rather large depression in one wall like someone fell into it and was never repaired, also the walls and ceiling were full of bug splatter and was not cleaned. The shoe prints from killing bugs was still on ceiling! We cleaned it ourselves. There is no closet, and one nightstand, bed sheets torn. 2nd bedroom, mattress is on the floor, bad if you are elderly. The A/C did work good, but the remotes had dead batteries.TV didn't work batteries dead. One shower didn't drain (heard was a constant problem with this place), towels worn out, patio was dirty with bird droppings, patio glass was filthy (cleaned ourselves), patio chairs/kitchen stools broken, no extra garbage bags?, no salt/pepper, not enough dish soap, coffee machine was temperamental, makes only single espressos. All in all, location is excellent, can't be closer to shops, restaurants and beach. Bad points outway the good, would look elsewhere.

The house is a two minute walk from the beach and there are lots of restaurants/bars in the area. We enjoyed the amazing view and breakfast on the terrace. The air conditioning worked well and helped us get a good night sleep. The house could use new towels and linens. We also had to store any opened food items in the refrigerator to keep some ants in the kitchen away.

Excellent location. Stunning view. Home Holidays had a very helpful app with all the relevant information and communication. The house was well equipped for cooking&#47dining. There are a lot of steps within the house.

An amazing villa! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach and offering breathtaking sea views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful scenery every morning was a dream. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. .

Fabulous location in the old town area. Views of the ocean were great. Management was helpful and responive. With that said... the property could be improving by some loving care. Closet door in the main bedroom hung badly and made a scraping sound when opened and closed. Build in microwave was broken, Television was also sketchy. Bad sound. some plumbing fixtures were loose. And the manual could use better descriptions of how the appliances work. All and all... we paid the premium price for the location. Worth it for that. If management paide better attention to the small details it goes from good to great.

Great house, lively location

The house is overlooking a busy and lively beach area, which includes the tunnel to the Old Town. The dining room and living room have great ocean/beach views, and the house itself is gorgeous and modern.A couple of points: Because it's right above the beach, there is foot traffic going by the house frequently so it's not secluded. The downstairs bedroom windows are on the street side so we kept the blinds down. We found that the parking was tight but manageable on the street below, but one night we ended up parking a few blocks away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the beach-front view and vibe. Definitely recommended!

Family holiday celebration of Ruby weeding and still alive at 70

Property in an excellent location positioned at an Historic Gun Battery high point on cliff, with beautiful views. Difficulty in parking if you have hired a car, very noisy until 02:30 on most nights.Lovely property which has seen better daysThe shower bathroom on the ground floor had a particularly strong sewer smell which didn’t improve with use, bedrooms were stale smelling.In my opinion it was not worth the money and I’m sorry but I wouldn’t return.

Een prachtige villa! Perfecte locatie, op slechts een paar stappen van het strand en met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee. Elke ochtend wakker worden met het geluid van de golven was een droom. De villa is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie aan de kust. .
