We stayed here with a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout of the house worked great for kids, and we especially appreciated the amenities. The property was clean, safe, and in a quiet area.

Terrific communication with Judy through whole process. Space of home was great for our party of 6. Kitchen amenities were ample and very good quality. Enjoyed pool on last day which was very pretty and walking trail was enjoyable. Definitely will consider staying in the future and definitely recommend for other future renters.

Very clean and comfortable beds, but filtered water from the fridge did not work, there was no liquid measuring cup to cook with water, we tried drying my pair of jeans in the drier for two hours and they were still wet (until we realized to turn it off eco), bring your own detergent and dryer sheets, the AC was either not energy efficient or set wrong as it was very hot and even though the cleaning lady was coming we were asked to take the trash out. Kinda weird as I've never been asked that before. Overall okay but could use some more conveniences and updating. Owner was very nice and communicative though.

Must Stay!!!

I stayed with my wife and 2 girls and this was THE perfect spot for all things Orlando.First, the location looked EXACTLY like the picture and its king size beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. It was very spacious and everyone had their own "spot". The extra large TV in the family room with the lounge chase were perfect for quick movie nights!Next, the location in the resort couldn't have been any better! It was literally a 30 second walk to the pool area AND gym. My wife and I would go on walks by the nearby lake, literally 60 seconds away!!!!We felt VERY secure in the entire resort with its secured gate AND felt very secure in our unit.We had an event at the Nearby North Orange County Convention center and could walk it in 10 minutes- ultra convenient to avoid parking fees.Finally, and here's the best part, Judy was very amiable in connecting with us and making sure wr had the lay of the environment. She had the special touch of actually reaching out and calling us to ensure we were prepared for every step of our stay as well as once we left.We are absolutely going to use this as our getaway again THIS YEAR!

Great stay

Judy was great to work with and made check in seamless. The property was exactly as described, clean and plenty of room for six adults. I would definitely book here again in the future. Bonus, we were able to see a great fireworks show from our balcony on July 4th! Thank you, Judy!

AAU volleyball stay

This condo is Amazing! Spacious! And has everything you need. This is our second time staying in this condo for AAU volleyball and we will not stay anywhere else. The condo is a short walk to the pool and a quick drive to Publix and the best burger place in town
 Beth’s Burger Bar. Judy is the best! Quick to respond and lots of great suggestions. Can’t wait until our stay next year.

Vista Cay Vacay

This Vista Cay rental is perfectly located for events at the OCCC, access to many restaurants and of course all the other places Orlando has to offer. The unit is very clean, has modern appliances and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Great alternative to hotel for OCX

Stayed a week with co-worker for trade show. Great privacy and had nice kitchen and tv area so we could eat our own food and unwind. You could easily walk to grocery, pharmacy, microbrewery, restaurants. Super quick to the convention center. Could have walked but it was too hot

Great location and nice spacious condo

You can’t beat this location! We were able to Uber to Aquatica and Icon Park easily. Judy is an excellent communicator and helped me prepare for arrival. The condo is spacious and has plenty of room. The complex has many fun activities for family and we really enjoyed Sunday st the pool with the DJ, gun, and games. Will choose this spot again.
