A grade II listed building dating from 1842 & built for the workers of the local copper mine. It's a small but perfectly formed 2 Bedroom dwelling with an upstairs bathroom & a cosy open plan living/kitchen area & log burner.
2 minute stroll into village centre to pubs, cafes, shops & ice cream parlour.
Perfect location to explore Snowdonia National Park, climb Snowdon & enjoy many walks.

The description and images of the property really don't do it justice, it's just so lovely, homely and cosy. The attention to detail is fabulous, absolutely everything you need and more. It's positioned in a perfect spot in the village with enough pubs, cafes and shops within a 2 to 5 minute walk. Surrounded by lots of lovely easy walks, there's even a bus stop opposite the cottage. The rear decking of the cottage is a real delight - the river is directly below and there's steps leading down from the deck to the water. The views are wonderful and as we had great weather it was lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine. We had our young grandchildren with us and it was so nice to see them enjoy themselves without being glued to screens. They especially liked splashing and swimming in the river, and the walk to Sygun copper mine where they did gold panning and metal detecting before the very pleasant walk back to the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Llety and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to the owner Eileen, communications with her were so easy and she's so helpful.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful time, the cottage is gorgeous, very well equipped and so cosy. The location is perfect with stunning scenery. We will definitely be going back soon.

Great riverside location

Lovely little cottage with terrace overlooking the river, everything you need. Spectacular views and a short walk to village. Fun watching the river rise during storm Floris.Looking forward to coming again and trying out woodburner.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location and outdoor seating on the river. We didn’t use our car the entire stay since we were there to hike. There are several good hikes right from the cottage. Nice back bedroom on the river made for wonderful sleeping.

Beautiful cottage

Me, my partner and our greyhound stayed here for a week in April. The cottage is beautiful, had everything you could want and was clean and cosy. The decking over the river was brilliant to sit out, whatever the weather and the sound of the water was so relaxing.Lots of walks from the door and also lots to explore in the surrounding area. 5* highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Cozy stay

Convenient location, beautiful scenery and access to trails and restaurants. Everyone in the village was friendly. Parking/driving through the village is a little tricky but no more so than other places.

Stunning location

Wanted a weekend of walks and relaxation. This cottage was superbly located and it and Beddgelert delivered just that. The communication with the owner was 1st class. I can recommend staying at this cottage/location.

A great holiday

Hi, We are a family of 4 who live in Staffordshire & have been using LLety as a weekend retreat & holiday home since we bought it in 2016. With our boys now having finished Uni & living away we have decided to rent it out in between our visits. We love the cottage & Beddgelert & hope you will too.
