Great apartment in a building with nice swimming pool in prime location close to the beach and PB downtown. Some things to consider adding to improve customers experience: couple of beach chairs and umbrella, TVs with Netflix, more than 4 chairs, few things in the kitchen (trays, knives, etc), towel hangers in one of the bathrooms

Summer hols

Great hosts, and perfect location for both Marbella and Banus. No need for a car as you are on the beach and in town! Facilities great and communication excellent! Will be back !

We had a fabulous stay in the property. Location can’t be better - close to the beaches at Golden Mile and and all amenities in Puerto Banus. The team of Banus Rentals went above and beyond to ensure our stay is memorable - the helped us sorting out a suitable parking space for our car in the building and also sent a technician quickly to open the property when we left the key in the lock. Definitely will book with Banus Rentals again.

Fantastic

This apartment is perfectly located and has a fabulous terrace. It has direct access to the beach and is just a short walk away from the large shopping centre/supermarket. It is quieter than being in the very popular marina area but a short walk away if you want to go and people watch. The rental company were great about keeping in touch and were there to meet us when we arrived. All in all a great experience.

Spring in Spain

Fabulous week in Spain. Apartment in a fantastic position for everything but most of all the beautiful beach. Not a long enough stay. Big apartment, more than big enough for us 4 adults. Kitchen, although small, has 'everything' you could wish for in it. The walkways inside the building where beautiful. Our favourite place, the balcony but I'm English and we don't get to spend everyday outside, absolutely loved it. Appreciated the canopies as the sun came round too, beautiful. We'll visit again soon.

Location near beach and shopping great. Condo overlooks very busy intersection and near A7 highway so noisy especially at night.King Bed in primary bedroom very comfortable. There are dressers for storage but minimal cupboard space for hanging clothes( none in second and third bedrooms)Couches were comfortable.Before Arrival- by reading reviews discovered there was no dining table and chairs. Had to strongly request one- eating on the balcony in February and March wasn’t going to work. Then the table purchased was too large for the space and very unattractive.Disappointed with poorly equipped kitchen and minimally supplied items to give guests a comfortable stay. Nothing in cupboards ie spices, cleaning products.Two tables by couches overly large and material on sides shabby. False advertising- no carpet in Living room, no throw blankets as shown onlineDiscovered basic items didn’t work ie vegetable peeler , cork screw, vacuum cleaner, and basic items not supplied ie oven mitts, scissors, grater, coffee pot. Two bathrooms and only one waste container, one hairdryer. Kitchen items were of the least expensive kind, and lacking in numbers. Three large soup bowls, one of which was chipped. Three large dinner plates, 2 small teflon type frying pans, one small glass roasting dish. There were plenty of wine glasses, and smaller sized plates and bowls. We experienced frustration with the oven being too hot. Banus Rentals was very helpful. Not a good rental for long stay.

We really enjoyed staying here as a family, location was perfect to bars restaurant, shops and the beach. The apartment was fully equipped with all our needs including washing machine which was a bonus. The pleasure of relaxing on the balcony in the evening was fantastic. I would certainly be revisiting.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado con todas las comodidades de una vivienda, hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa. El parking muy cómodo y las zonas comunes espectaculares para disfrutarlas en verano, acceso directo a la playa, no necesitas utilizar el coche, todo a mano, muy limpio todo........
