Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Un confortable deux chambres, une salle de bain avec un salon et une cuisine ouverte. L'unité est répertoriée pour 3 adultes, mais elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans séjournent gratuitement. Dans le salon, il y a un futon queen et une télévision à écran plat intelligent de 42 pouces. Le téléviseur comprend l'accès à Netflix, Hulu, Youtube et etc. Les chambres spacieuses sont équipées d'un lit king-size confortable et d'un lit double. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles avec un placard de bonne taille. L'unité a une belle salle de bain avec douche. L'unité a le chauffage central et l'air, Internet et WiFi. Calme et idéalement situé à distance de marche en quelques minutes d'une belle plage de sable blanc de Laguna (accès n ° 89). Épiceries à proximité: Publix, Winn-Dixie et aussi une pharmacie CVS. En 15 minutes, vous pouvez visiter Pier Park pour faire du shopping ou simplement vous promener, jouer au golf et / ou de délicieux restaurants! Cet endroit est idéal pour les couples ou une réunion de famille.

Perfect family getaway

This Kiska Beach VRBO was absolutely perfect for our Spring Break getaway with 2 elementary age kids. The unit was clean, had very comfortable beds, all the accommodations you'd expect (fast internet, smart TV with connected apps, board games/puzzles, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, clean dishes, good quality cooking utensils, beach chairs, beach cooler). The location was 1 block from the beach, no need to fight for parking. It was exactly what we wanted and needed for our vacation. Maria our host was super responsive to the few questions we had, and we are very happy and pleased that we booked this unit.

Hidden gem off the strip

Had a great time in Florida, our family loved this house. We were able to check in with no problems, the house was clean and smelled so good when we came in. The layout and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family. This is a great place if you don’t want to be right on the main strip and away from the busy city, but still close enough to enjoy the night life and shopping! Great beach access, not a far walk at all. Quiet, friendly, family type neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at La Maria Cottage

La Maria Cottage was well equipped with towels, lots of dishes, pots, pans cleaning supplies. There are 2 beach towels and 3 beach chairs. There is a medium size cooler and brim hats to wear. The walk to the beach was very easy and the large patio with table and chairs give ample space for all your outdoor activities. The parking is a problem with only 5 spaces and there are 4 apartments so you have to snag one and stay parked or you'll loose it. You will probably need to bring extra dish washing soap, toilet tissue, trash bags and paper towels if you stay a week or longer. The only thing this cottage is missing is a washer and dryer. However, Lakeside Coin Laundromat is 15 minutes away and not expensive. It's only 5 minutes to Publix and about 10 minutes to Pier Park. The beds are comfortable and the cottage was very clean. Basic cable is provided and the smart tv is set up for guest on Netflix and many other apps such as Hulu, Fox News, and ESPN are already loaded so you can sign right into them in your own account. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Maria's brother and Mother were there working on the property and were so friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back and you won't be disappointed with this cottage and it's amenities. Thanks Maria, you did a great job with the beach decor, too!

Hi- everything was fine except for the cleaning, checkin round 4:30 & the place was dirty (no clean service until that time) besides that everything was good Maria taken care the issue pretty fast, thanks Maria the place is very cozy!!

Great location. Older, yet Quiet residential area.

Our main purpose was to enjoy a few days at the beach without stepping over people or dealing with parking garages and elevators. This cottage is very close to the beach and has been updated very nicely as seen In the pictures. Maria, the owner was awesome and I'm sure would have resolved any issues. It was perfect for a long weekend trip.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose this property because of multiple reasons. I love the peaceful ambiance and not having to hear all the partying and wildness on the other side of Panama City. I love where the unit is located, the beach is within walking distance, generally uncrowded, calm, and you can easily find a spot near the water without any hassle. It is a safe and family friendly community, with nice people everywhere! If you have kids, they will easily make new friends at the beach because kids are always there and wanting to make new friends. This property is definitely the way to go!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One benefit already is that, there are 3 units available that are right next to each other. So that if you want to host a family reunion, or a family gathering, you can easily split up the family to stay in each apartment. Which will allow family members to have their own space and privacy. Also, if your wanting to try out the public transportation, one bus stop is at rode in front of the apartment. Its walking distance that takes a couple minutes to get there. One other benefit is, your able to ride bikes all throughout the community safely without any worries about traffic.
