Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Un confortable une chambre, un appartement de bain avec un salon et une cuisine ouverte. L'appartement est répertorié pour 2 adultes mais il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans sont gratuits. Dans le salon, il y a une banquette-lit double, un canapé en cuir et une télévision à écran plat de 42 ". La chambre spacieuse comprend un lit king-size confortable et un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux. Une belle salle de bain avec douche. Central Air / Heat, Internet - WiFi. Calme et idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Laguna (accès n ° 89), épiceries: Publix, Winn Dixie. Pharmcys. À moins de 5 minutes de Pier Park pour le shopping, le golf et de bons restaurants. Idéal pour les couples ou toute une famille.

Beach Trip

The location of the property was great. Friendly neighbors, within driving distant of attractions, stores, and restaurants, and just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The host is excellent with service and questions. This is our second time staying here it’s so nice and cozy. Highly recommend the stay.

Yearly getaway!

We love staying here, It’s our second year! Quiet stay and short walk to the beach. Not a far drive from finding something to do either. You won’t be disappointed with Maria and her properties.

Great location near the beach

We really enjoyed visiting Panama City and staying at the lovely condo. We were able to walk to the beach and use the chairs and umbrella provided in our room. The accommodations were exactly what was shown on the website.

Paul family vacation

Loved the location. The walk to the beach was only 2 minutes. A very nice neighborhood and very friendly locals. Only 15 from the strip and attractions. The house was very nice on the inside and out. Definitely would come back and rent again.

Home away from home

A Cute little place. Just a couple blocks to the beach across the roadway. Theres A small cafe at the corner and also restaurant inside one of the hotels within walking distance. In a residential area instead of the busy business area which was nice. The owner provided all needed household products needed.

Perfect place for a small group

We loved our stay at this cute little bungalow. It was the perfect size for me, my kids, my sister and my niece. It was clean and had everything that you could need! It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and not far from Pier Park. It was well stocked with clean towels and linens and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends! Maria was easy to communicate with and her instructions were precise. The house also had a nice assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach necessities. We loved it!

Miraculous place!!!!

Oh my stars!!!! This was the best vacation ever!!! Words simply cannot express our sincere appreciation for everything Maria did for us!! We stayed an entire month and every day was miraculous and AMAZING!!! We had a blast!!! The apartment was perfect for our family!! Very clean and safe!! Clean, great location, but a few things

The unit was extremely clean upon arrival. The location was great and just a few minutes from the beach. If I could give it a 4.5 star, I would. A few things to change. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. It's awkward to watch TV because the loveseat isn't really compatible with 2 people and the daybed is awkward to sit on. There were 3 adults and there were not enough towels for the week. I also get the feeling this unit has been up and running for a while and things have either broken or gone missing and just haven't been replaced. Overall it was a great unit and we would stay here again.

My five year old daughter and I stayed for the weekend at the end of April 2021. The location was great for the two of us. It was away from the party atmosphere yet close enough to Pier Park (and Thomas Donuts of course) for us to make a quick trip. Walking to the beach was very easy as a public access is close by. I would definitely make the trip with my little one again.

PCB cottage

We had an overall pleasant stay. I would recommend that if you have a bunch of beach stuff to bring a wagon. The nearest beach access was a bit of a trek with everything needed with our toddler. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place, close to the beach. The parking was difficult for us, we had a full size truck and part of our truck struck out in the road. The apartment was cozy and clean. The shower was a little small. When it rained one night there was water in the bedroom floor. The bed was nice, but the sheets would not stay on. Needed the deep pocket sheets for this bed.

Perfect little beqch cottage!

Myself and 3 friends went on a girls' trip. There was plenty of space in this well laid out 1 bedroom unit. The walk to the beach was less than 1 block and was without hills. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was perfect for our group. The little things made it even nicer. There was kitchen soap, hand soap, trash bags. We didn't have to go buy all of the essentials. Great stay!
