Recently refurbished, you’ll enjoy the comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and the charming window seat to watch TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The sofa bed offers extra space if you're a group of 3 or 4 and the additional TV in the bedroom offers a separate area for movie lovers. Decorated in soft earthy tones, this raised ground floor apartment has a feeling of the Mediterranean in the heart of Notting Hill.

Every HoK Living home is renovated and maintained to an exacting standard and we're available should our guests or tenants require assistance.

We utilize Superhog, a third-party service, for advanced guest screening and property damage protection. This service safeguards against property damage up to a specified limit.

The Notting Hill Apartments by Hok Living - NH2

Positives: Location - great spot in a nice suburb and close to transport Access/communication - great with keyless entry and WhatsApp messaging Feel - Modern accomodation with good sized kitchen, bathroom and bed Recommendations: Heat - On two 30c degree days the heat was pretty unbearable. Two small fans and provided but I highly recommend ceiling fans. The ceiling height works and there is power so ceiling fans would be an easy addition. Bedding - I recommend changing to a winter bed doona and sheets. Again on a hot day the bed was very hot with winter doona, topper Cleaner - Ask the cleaner to clean under the bed. It was very dusty there and the fans just blew it around the unit Towels - Suggest replacing them. They are very fluffy and it just comes off on you after each shower

Perfect spot and location

It was our first time in London, and I was so happy with the location and place that I chose. I felt super safe in the neighborhood, and it was easy to feel at home. Ubers and black cars were quick and easy to get over to other areas of London and explore. I highly suggest this place!

Excellent location

I haven't ranked the cleanliness of the apartment, since when I arrived (after check in time) it hadn't been cleaned from previous tenant. This was a fluke due to a problem with cleaning people, but nevertheless, it means that I didn't have the experience of arriving to see it in it's cleanest state. It was cleaned for me very quickly, but, the arrival experience tainted the first impression. Otherwise, everything else about the apartment was excellent. Location, comfort, owner comminication,etc. One other slight observation, there were not instructions on how to work things. Took me some time to figure out the induction stove and oven, the TV remotes, and how to heat the place up when it got cold. Otherwise, since I'm a smart person, I managed it, but didn't really want to have to spend my time on that. I would definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to other friends here in Vancouver.

A great place in a great location!

We loved our stay in Notting Hill. The property was one block from the famous Portobello Market and surrounded by wonderful food and shopping options. It was easy to navigate, get to the transit system, and provide a great location to explore London as a whole and in a local community. I would highly recommend it!
