Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 11e étage du coin Est, donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et deux lits Queen dans la 4ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Great Christmas

We enjoyed our stay with our adult kids and grandkids. There was plenty of things to do for all of us. The rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend staying there.

This condo and location was perfect for our vacation. I would stay again!

The property was overall a good experience. While we appreciate the laundry facility onsite in our condo, I must say that the dryer needs fixed or replaced. In the property owner's defense, I have not communicated this to the property manager. Excellent place to stay to accompany our family/friends of 9 individuals.

The view was the best. We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores for over 20 years. This was by far the best condo overall that we stayed at. The beach was never crowded. The owner is top notch. We called in the morning because the washing machine was making a noise, and he had a new washing machine put in by lunch time. He was amazing to work with. We stayed with other family members that were all adult grandchildren. They all agreed best family vacation we’ve had.

Coffee pots and bad tap water

Only 7 forks, 2 reg. coffee pots,1 didn't work, other was really really slow! Keurig coffee pot did not warm up. sent text and got a Mr.coffee pot but no Keurig and with the people we had 1 pot didn't give us all a cup at one time. Keurig would have helped that. We even went and got pods we couldn't use. Tap water was bad, filter on refrigerator was really slow!! Beautiful place and view! Need more chairs on deck for 11 people not 6 we hope to try it again someday

There were a few things that need addressed. #1, the access to the deck was extremely challenging to the point that I considered it a safety hazard. The sliding door from the living room was off the track, very, very hard to open and close. In fact, once I was outside by myself, the door was closed and I couldn’t get back inside. The door from the master was difficult too!!! I realize the doors have to be hurricane safe but these were beyond difficult. Next, the fact that only one trash can liner was provided is ridiculous! There were 3 liners in the bathroom trash cans. The fact that NOTHING, can be left for the next renters is again, ridiculous. For example, coffee filters, condiments, spices, simple things. Don’t get me wrong, the place was beautiful and perfect for our family. The little things can go a long way in making the traveler happier. Loved our time at Gulf Shores.

The condo decor and furnishings were beautiful and thoughtful. Kitchen has quality cookware/bakeware, and plenty of dishes, utensils, and serving pieces. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and very comfortably slept our group of 11 and the 3 baths were perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival, there were even extra fans in bedrooms for our hotter sleepers, and beds were comfortable! Extra blankets were available for our cooler sleepers, along with pillows. We loved the pool area, although the slide was unavailable due to maintenance, loved the ease of beach access, and location. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts/ baskets , and quick elevators made check in/out a breeze!!! Every employee we encounter was friendly, kind, and answered any questions. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves. One of our young adults left a wallet accidentally and we were quickly notified by housekeeping staff and able to retrieve it. Customer Service was excellent and I’m already looking forward to planning our next family trip! Thank you Michael and Phoenix for a lovely week!!!

Fun family vacation

We all had a great time.A minor few outlets to plug in things did not work but could work out what was needed just fine. Dryer took a long time to dry things. The floor could have been cleaner. I imagine it’s hard with sand but could not walk barefoot without getting bottoms of feet dirty. The vacuum cleaner there did not work well. Just a suggestion to get a stronger vacuum. Also maybe have cleaning products such as a broom, dust pan, and mop for people to be able to sweep up what they track in. We only had an old broom that didn’t sweep well.The sliding door lock to go on the balcony was broken. With several small children and their safety, I messaged the mgt and they responded right away to put a maintenance ticket to get it fixed. It was noted it was the property’s responsibility to fix it. We stayed a week. Not sure if it was fixed after we left.However, with the few things mentioned above, overall the condo was nice. It was a nice place and big enough place to be comfortable for 15 people (10 off which were kids). The kids had plenty of room to play. Again, they loved the pools. Being right in the beach was great. We would stay again.
