Home was beautiful and very, very clean. I felt at home being there. Host Lyza was amazing! The location was beautiful. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, my husband and I throughly enjoyed our time there and cannot wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Cottage! One of the cleanest rental properties I've ever stayed in, and many personal touches to make the stay more comfortable. The hosts communicated clearly and kindly and made it clear they wanted us to have the best stay possible! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage! It was super clean and well-appointed with kitchen and bathroom necessities. We enjoyed dinner outside on the patio furniture, the porch swing out front, and the fire pit for s’mores. The location was very convenient to Berry Farms, downtown Franklin, and The Factory. The highlight for my three kiddos was petting the mini donkeys.

We absolutely loved this place! Location was perfect, beautiful property and super comfy beds which after staying in downtown Nashville for a night was nice change. Loved all the details in this vrbo! Goats and donkeys were really fun also!!! Thank you! We will be back next time we come to visit family again:)

Guys Weekend

Quiet, restful location. Close to Franklin, Leiper's Fork and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough furniture and room for us to stretch out. Would stay here again for sure.

Cozy Cottage

We evacuated here from the hurricane and it was just what our family needed.. kids running barefoot in the grass, sunsets on a front porch swing and sweet farm animals that my kids loved to feed. Highly recommend.
