Great revamp

New layout is much better, furnishings lovely and bathrooms good. Now come with beach towels which is great! Lights in wardrobes good idea. Horribly hard beds in the twin rooms with fitted sheets not big enough for the mattress. need proper curtains in bedrooms to block the light from outside at night! kitchen cupboards need maintenance, shower was never hot enough.

Fabulous

Really can’t find anything negative to say about our stay in this apartment. Perfectly positioned overlooking the beach and marina and walking distance to all of the restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment is modern, clean , spacious and very well equipped. The staff at Dickinsons were super helpful and helped us arrange transfers to and from Palma as well as facilitating a very early check in for us on our first day so that we gained almost a whole extra day in the apartment and didn’t have to hang around with our suitcases until the official late afternoon check in time. We will definitely come back.

Vistamar III

We had an excellent stay at the Vistamar III. Very spacious apartment & balcony with superb views over the bay TV Channels were limited - minor issue though as we were not there to watch TV

Great find for us!

Great location, communication before/during and after was great and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Batteries in the air conditioning units…might be on the low side. Was a little nervous of the door/window that needs replacing in the master bedroom. But these are minor details.

Points forts : Arrivée, communication et emplacement.

A bit rough around the edges

A great location. Very handy for restaurants, bars, shops etc. However the apartment is tired and in need of modernisation. The bedrooms are basic and unwelcoming and the missing drawer in the kitchen was not the end of the world but it is just the little things that add up to make this place difficult to recommend. There was a strange odour in the en-suite bathroom and the lift wasn’t working (and according to our neighbour hadn’t been working for some time) which could be a big issue for some-it was mildly annoying for us. We could have reported all of these things during our stay but TBH we just didn’t want to spend the time or energy doing so. In short, go if location is paramount but manage your expectations.
