Wow! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home in a beautiful village. The house was spotless and had everything you could need for a stay for a family of 4. Communication was fantastic and made for a smooth check in and check out. The beds were super comfy and it was a lovely place to come home to after a day exploring.

Perfectly clean, literally 300ft from the market square, nice back patio. Jayne was very accommodating. Front of house is on main road but its quiet at night.

Everything was wonderful! Parking on the street worked out great. Place was clean, beds comfortable. Everything we could have needed was there. I would mention you need to go outside for the half bath to the small washroom. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely house, right in the heart of Lavenham. Really clean, well appointed and very thoughtful touches.Comfy beds and good hot shower.The staircase is pretty steep, but it's a period house. So totally understandable The roads busy during the day, but you are a short walk to everything.The Greyhound is super. Try the Patatas Bravas!

An absolutely adorable house. The outdoor space with furniture was perfect for breakfast before a busy day exploring and for a glass of wine in the evening. Jayne was a perfect host, messaging before our visit with guidance for parking etc. she has also made a great file with menus from local pubs, places to visit and other useful information. Thank you Jayne, we loved our stay.

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean and in good condition, and as we mostly eat indoors there was plenty of room in the kitchen cupboards to store our own food. Would definitely book this accommodation again.

Pretty little cottage, well located in the village and perfect to.explore Suffolk.Shower is good, beds are comfy. Decor is nice and the place is charming.We cooked in one night and the kitchen equipment is all good and there is a Coop handily located a minute's walk away. Lots of cafes and pubs within easy walk.Parking on the street was no problem and free.Stairs are steep and may not suit everyone.

The cottage was so comfy, put together and picturesque. We had a wonderful time at No 77, with it being so conveniently placed within Lavenham. Jayne, our host, was very communicative and prepared everything so well for us. We will be looking to come back and stay again soon!

Beautiful stay with my beautiful crocheting friends we ate we drank we laughed and we had a wonderful time in the cosy house in lavenham. Lovely little courtyard garden and lovely shower and kitchen.
