Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence in the central Via dell'Oriuolo a stone's throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments of Florence. The house is located on the first floor of a magnificent historic building with a lift. Furnished with great taste, with a nice mix of ancient and modern elements, the apartment consists of large common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). The house also has two terraces, one of which is very large, which overlooks a garden.

This location was amazing! The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family. And the apartment was beautifully renovated. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen extras and sparse furniture. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return!

Such a comfortable, clean, spacious apartment. It was close to many restaurants, shops, and museums. Air conditioning was a must for great sleeping in comfortable beds! The washer was wonderful, with hanging on balcony to dry perfect! Will stay here again next summer!

The apartment is moments from the Duomo, perfect location.The apartment is as advertised.A/C was so nice during the heat of the day.My feedback to mgmt is to create a binder with helpful info to avoid having to reach out for minor questions.ie: where is the WIFI QR code located? How to reboot the modem? How to flip the breakers when the power goes out? Overall, an excellent apartment with fantastic location.

What a great location! Just steps from the Duomo, but it still felt somewhat private as the windows overlooked a private courtyard. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great on an unusually warm week in Tuscany. Thank you so much!

This apartment is located down the street from the Duomo. That is the positive. We waited a half hour/forty five minutes for someone to come and check us in. After being there a half hour a fuse blew and we had to go downstairs and switch it back on. This can be a really nice apartment if it was taken care of. The outside balcony had all dead plants in the planters. A table and chairs would add some character out there. The furniture in the apartment needs to be replaced. It is dirty! The apartment smelled and the air conditioning was poor.

We had a great five night stay here! The location is fantastic, and the AC was a must-have during a particularly hot July. The apartment is spacious and was easy for us to access one floor up with all our bags and a stroller thanks to the elevator. The TVs in each of the bedrooms were broken (one missing completely, one with a cracked screen), but the one in the living room worked well. I would suggest getting a small table and chairs set for the patio, and making sure the weeds are pulled in the planter boxes—it would really make for a lovely place to sit! My children’s favorite part of the stay was saying hi to the resident turtle that would occasionally wander into the downstairs building lobby from the central garden :) Overall we would stay here again!

The property is in an excellent location! It is also very spacious and perfect for a family or two couples traveling together. My recommendations for improvement are: deep clean the upholstered furniture (the stains and such make it unappealing to use, which then reduces the amount of usable space) and tend to the patio (it’s so cute, but the dying plants are a bummer). There was also a strong sewerage smell that we came home to both days (I reported it, so hopefully it’s being taken care of). Also, the mattresses are quite firm (and I like a firm mattress, but this was a lot!). The location makes it great though—felt safe, and walking distance to everything!
