Excellent experience Host exceptionally helpful, almost as soon as we texted or phoned him. Lovely flat and great location. Terrific food, more than anything one would need for breakfast and all so fresh and such good quality. Full bath for each bedroom a particular perk.

The apartment is tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Located in a quiet, gated mews and safe neighbourhood, it is a 10-15 minute walk from a grocery and convenient to local underground stations (Westbourne Park and Royal Oak). All appliances are in good working order. The host is very helpful, responsive and timely in his communication throughout the stay. Some examples: 1) when we had difficulty operating the oven he was quick to suggest the solution, 2) when we discovered there were not enough toilet paper supplies, he arranged for more to be delivered the following morning, and 3) when he learned the Internet service was not working prior to our arrival he informed us beforehand and, when the problem could not be resolved during our stay, he gave us a partial and fair refund to compensate for our additional data roaming expenses and the inconvenience.

My sisters and I had a nice stay at this VRBO. It was in a great area with ease of transport stations and safety comforts. The home was just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds gave us each our own bed and 2 nice bathrooms. Sam was very kind and responsive. The home has air conditioning which we had seek for our stay because of the expected heat. We had good communication when attention was needed with a couple of matters. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The Mews was great! Location cannot be beat, cleanliness, amenities and communications with host were excellent. Public transportation is just out the main gate and the surrounding neighborhood has so much to offer. Will definitely try to book Shrewsbury Mews again on a return trip.

Perfect location - close to all the sites but in a quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and even left fresh flowers and breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for our stay in London. There are many busses right nearby and the tube is about 6 minutes walking.

Great place for visiting family

We had a great stay as a family of four that included 2 young children. Very convenient location and having a separate bedroom and beds for the kids was perfect! Owner was excellent at communication and made check in and check out easy.

Wonderful location - nicely appointed

A great place for our family of 5. The rooms were nicely appointed, all beds were very comfortable and the AC was very nice to have on those hot summer days! The location is amazing - we definitely recommend this place!

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Near Portobello Road. Excellent recommendations! You must go to Cows pub & have a Guinness and the Eton Mess. Would definitely stay here again. Our host Sam was very nice!

Great Place and Great Neighborhood

This home was ideal for our family of four! Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a common area and kitchen. I will absolutely stay here on return trips!

The property is in an excellent location that is convenient to public transportation and places to eat. It is very comfortable for a family of 3 or 4 individuals. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, clean apartment with two large en suite bedrooms. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and tube stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
