Ce petit bijou du centre de Nice est un studio loft de 25 m2. C'est l'appartement de vacances idéal "compact living" et se situe à deux pas de la mer et de ses plages. À proximité de la plupart de Nice, un grand choix des restaurants, des boutiques et des musées, la rue est animé le soir en été. Il est situé prêt de la Place Masséna, Promenade du Paillon et la Rue de France. L'appartement est bien conçu avec une petite cuisine et un groupe de canapés avec une table basse. Le canapé est un canapé-lit de 140x200 cm pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent également la salle de douche et une toilette séparée. A l'étage dans le mezzanine, il y a un lit double de 140x200 cm. Le balcon et agréable, et vous avez une vue sur la mer et la Promenade des Anglais. Au balcon vous avez une table et des chaises pour 4 personnes.
L'appartement est adapté pour 2 adultes mais possible avoir 1-2 enfants(à partir de 10 ans) ou d'être 3 adultes maximum.
Le studio est au 3ème étage et pas d'ascenseur.
Climatisation au niveau inférieur, disponible froide en été (mai-mi-octobre) et chaude en hiver (mi-octobre-avril).

Perfect location and great studio

A beautiful studio in a perfect location. From my first enquiry to departure, Malin was a great host. Super helpful and always responded quickly. The studio was exactly as it is described and my daughter and I loved it especially the balcony in morning and early evening.

It’s so much nicer in Nice!!!

Malin is the kindest host we have met staying in rental properties! She went out of our way to help us -even came on check out day to help with our cases -we are oldies!!!very well equipped and near Promenade des Anglais but very quiet! It is a compact loft apartment as described! Thank you Malin

Fantastic apartment - great location!

My teenage daughter and I spent 4 days in Nice and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach/promenade, there are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach, and walking to the old town/main shopping streets takes 10 minutes.There was everything we needed in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed meals on the balcony as the weather was great for early April.Thank you to Malin for clear communication, an easy, welcoming arrival and helpful information when asked.We would definitely book this again if we return to Nice.

If I could give more stars I would!

We had a much-needed weekend break away and we found Malin’s place to be absolutely perfect in every way. You cannot beat the location for ease in getting around Nice. We did not need a car so I’m thankful we didn’t book one. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance but also had the ease of both bus and tram and train nearby to visit other places like Eze and Monaco. Malin was by far the best host I have encountered with helpful information and ease of reaching her both on arrival and leaving.

It was fantastic to stay in the beautiful loft studio. Right in the centre of Nice just 200m from Promenade Anglais - you can see the beach from the balcony. Malin and Jonas were amazing hosts providing welcome drinks and snacks and helping with the luggage both on arrival and departure. Highly recommend this studio for a couple wishing to experience Nice.

You have to stay here!

It’s a very clean, cute little apartment less than a minute walk to the beach. Great patio, new appliances, cozy. And has an absolutely wonderful host!!

Amazing Stay - perfect location

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, great atmosphere and the balcony was our favourite place to have some drinks and play cards. The room itself isn’t huge but very comfortable and everything we needed. Host is lovely and very accomodating. She let us check out late which made our last day seamless. Would 100% recommend

I had an amazing stay at the property. The loft was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to cafés and restaurants. Wonderful view as well. June Booking Review

This accomodation was 11/10 ! Location was perfect, check in and the host was perfect, accomodation was perfect! Could not recommend booking this accommodation more then anything. We started off our Europe trip in Nice and it was the best way to start. The host will meet and greet you on your arrival with a bottle of rose, give you recommendations for food, beaches etc. The surrounding restaurants are awesome too it was only a short walk or the train station and also a scooter, bike and moped hire shop downstairs. Honestly if you are looking for a place to stay in Nice, South of France this is the place !!!!!
