Bel appartement rénovéet lumineux à Nice- Clim et 10 min à pied à la mer !


Ce bel et lumineux appartement est situé dans le quartier agréable et calme du Musicien au centre de Nice.
Ici vous vivez à quelques pas loin la mer et de la Promenade des Anglais. La proximité de nombreux restaurants raffinés, cafés et magasins fait de cet appartement la maison de vacances idéale !
Un supermarché, Intermarché et plusieurs boulangeries se trouvent juste au coin de l'appartement. Le joli marché de fruits/légumes et poissons du quartier Libération, ouvert tous les matins, se trouve à 15 minutes à pied. La gare, Gare de Nice Ville, est également très proche, à un peu moins de 10 minutes à pied. De là, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre d'autres villages du littoral azuréen, comme Ville-franche-sur-mer, Monaco, Cannes, ou encore la Riviera italienne.
L'appartement entier a été entièrement récemment rénové et doté de nouveaux meubles et aménagements. Il y a la climatisation dans tout l'appartement et il est merveilleusement lumineux et aéré.
La cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, une cafetière à filtre et d'autres équipements de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer un bon dîner.
La cuisine est ouverte sur le séjour attenant, où se trouve une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.
Un canapé, un fauteuil, une table basse et une Smart TV se trouvent dans le salon. Le canapé, qui fait également office de clic-clac, peut être transformé en lit (110 x 190 cm).En plus le fauteuil deviens un lit (90x180 cm) Il y a un petit mais joli balcon donnant sur la rue où se trouvent 2 chaises.
La chambre est lumineuse et aérée et dispose d'un lit double flambant neuf et confortable de 160x190 cm. Il y a aussi un petit balcon dans la chambre et une armoire spacieuse pour suspendre et ranger les vêtements.
Dans la salle de bain moderne aux beaux choix de matériaux, se trouvent une douche, un lavabo et une toilette. Il y a aussi un sèche-serviettes ici.

A perfect apartment for a get away in Nice; it has everything you could need. It's a little off the beaten track, so ideal if you don't want to be in the midst of hustle and bustle,but everywhere is easily walkable.

Our stay at Malin's apartment was great. It is a lovely apartment that is well appointed and newly renovated. It is well located to the train station and the beach. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Some people might find this location a bit far from old Nice for walking. Good public transportation is available near by.

The apartment was in a great location to walk to the train station or the tram station. It was a close walk to the sea and old town. The shower had great water pressure. There were several power bars throughout the apartment which I appreciated.

This Nice apartment was ideal for our 10-day stay. It was clean, thoughtfully-stocked, and well-located near a grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurant with more generous hours than most, a playground and tram stop, and of course the train station. We chose it originally for the washing machine and air conditioning, which indeed were essential to our comfort. What made our stay truly exceptional were our hosts, Malin and Jonas, who were genuinely warm, responsive, and reliable, who made us feel well cared for in a new country at the start our our vacation.

The property was perfectly located and with walking distance of the Anglais promenade, old town and port. Nice- Ville is close by to the accommodation to walk to with luggage. Location is in a fairly quiet area. The accommodation has all the modern facilities including a dishwasher & washing machine. Our host was amazing and was there to meet and greet us when we arrived. The cooking facilities are excellent. The accommodation is very spacious and the decor is very modern. There is a lift to access the apartment.

A perfect apartment in Nice

This apartment is immaculate, in a good neighborhood, and close to everything- the beach, train station, a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the little balcony was a fun way to enjoy the neighborhood.

Lovely Apartment!

This unit has a great layout for a family of 3 or 4. We enjoyed having a dishwasher, clothes washer, air-conditioning, etc. It is easy to get to from the train and not too far to the beach. It was very clean and well appointed. Wifi was great. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome!

Exceptional stay in Nice

Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Everything provided is new and in excellent condition. Location is perfect for places to visit, train station, tram and restaurants. There is also a supermarket across the street. Malin is an excellent host, helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to return for a stay in this apartment the next time in Nice.

I’ve stayed at this apartment twice now, and it’s become my go-to place whenever I visit Nice. The host is extremely accommodating—allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which made arrival so much easier.The apartment is in a fantastic location: just steps away from the main train station and only about a 10-minute walk to the promenade. There are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes it very convenient.The space itself is extra clean, well-kept, and very affordable compared to other options in the area. Overall, this is the perfect spot for both short and longer stays in Nice. I’ll definitely be booking here again every time I return!
