C'est votre chance de profiter d'une escapade unique sur la plus belle plage du continent américain. Restez dans ce chalet de plage récemment rénové. Plage de sable blanc et l'eau turquoise est littéralement à 50 mètres de la porte d'entrée.

Il y a beaucoup d'endroits incroyables pour faire du shopping et manger à distance de marche. Il y a même un trolly gratuit qui vous emmènera sur l'île. Profitez de vos repas tout en regardant le coucher du soleil et en écoutant de la musique live.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée délicieuse et relaxante à la plage est inclus. Chaises, parapluie, tubas, masques ... Qu'est-ce que c'est? Tu as oublié quelque chose? Aucun problème, le chalet de la plage est à seulement 50 mètres. Pas de longues randonnées avec des trucs de plage en remorque. Juste la commodité simple de cet emplacement haut de gamme à travers le Gulf Boulevard à la plage.

Avec une chambre et deux salles de bains l'endroit peut facilement accueillir 4 adultes.

Great stay! SO close to the beach. We got to do an early check in. The grill tank was full. Close to shopping, food, and free catch and release fishing at the pier. Plenty of towels and laundry detergent. Clean and secure. Great communication. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. VERY highly recommended as a place to stay. Thank you for a great vacation.

The hot tub was great. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The AC worked great. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We brought our own wagon, but they provided several chairs an umbrella and a wagon.The shower was awesome with excellent water pressure.

Great location for beach goer's, steps away from the front door. The beach chairs and umbrella were a life saver. Host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The free troller that picked up right in front took a little to figure out. Once we did it was a great way to get around. Very nice for a couples getaway!

Yews, Tom was awesome. The amenities were unbelievable. Paved and fenced yard for the dog, Weber grill, gas fire pit, hot tub and a talking parrot next door that had my boyfriend almost calling 911. The king size bed was glorious. New appliances in the cottage were great also. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous time at The Little Mermaid. 50 steps from the beach hot tub. Great location able to bike to restaurants & shopping. Clean. Great kitchen everything we needed. Beach accessories chairs, cooler, umbrella. Host very welcoming and accessible. Loved the fence yard for our dog.

The cottage was perfect for my stay! Tom was very responsive and I had everything I needed. Having all the beach supplies was a must for me and they were good quality: the wagon, umbrella, cooler and chairs. Location is perfect from literally across the street from the beach, right by the trolley stops, and across the street from a wonderful wellness spa. He did a nice job getting it back in shape after the hurricane. I would suggest adding a towel bar or two in the bathroom. The patio is large and wonderful for morning coffee and winding down in the evenings. I cannot wait to come back!

This place has amazing charm! Right across the road from the beach. We loved sitting out in the fenced in area with our doggies grilling or just having morning coffee. So relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyable as well. We strung some lights up by the back courtyard area by the hot tub and it felt magical with our music playing softly. We even slow danced on the patio, with the sun going down. The beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic bonus! If you want to make beautiful memories and feel relaxed on AMI come stay here. Our host Tom was right on any questions we had. Great host. Just 2 ole hippies feeling blessed after our vacation April 2026 on AMI

The rental was perfect. So close to the beach and the little yard area was a gem. People would walk by and comment on the yard with the patio furniture, fire pit and hot tub and say that they wished they had an outdoor area to sit in at their rental. Rental was so nice with all the amenities of home. Tom was very communicative and we felt at ease renting from him. Anna Maria Island is a gem of the Gulf Coast. The property was close to everything! Just hated to leave! We will be back.

Phenomenal property. The fenced in area was perfect to eat outside in while also allowing our dogs to hang out with us. The hottub is everything with this property. Beach and community were wonderful and safe to take walks in. Property is also conveniently near a publix. Our host was wonderful and prompt with all of our needs and questions, and also really making sure that the property had great amenities. Truly a 10/10, entirely stress free stay

We have been going to Anna Maria Island for 20 years and this was a great stay for us. It was the perfect sized place for my wife and I for a long weekend stay. Awesome location and parking. Clean and very nicely decorated!

Perfect Location

This rental was just as portrayed, just a short walk from the beach (probably less than 50 steps!). The place was clean and tidy, well-appointed and everything in new condition. Perfect little getaway for a couple or family with small children. Close to Bridge Street for shopping and not far from the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Perfect weekend getaway

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We were super excited to find this beach cottage. It's just across from our favorite beach in the world. We purchased the property and completely renovated the kitchen and main area. We love that we can bring our two dogs and let them loose in the fully fenced yard. We enjoy the fire pit at night. We are hoping to get a hot tub on the property soon.
