Couchers de soleil étonnants de Valhalla Downstairs

Le Valhalla, situé au 3216 Gulf Drive à Holmes, est un magnifique duplex avec deux chambres et une salle de bains, situé en face du Golfe, sur une plage isolée. Bien que le Valhalla soit niché dans un quartier calme, il se trouve à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants. L'emplacement est parfait!

La grande terrasse couverte est un endroit parfait pour profiter de la vue sur la plage, regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues et profiter des couchers de soleil!

Le Valhalla dormira confortablement jusqu'à six personnes avec un lit queen-size, un lit double et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les améliorations récentes incluent tous les nouveaux meubles et la nouvelle literie, un accès Internet haut débit sans fil avec câble étendu et les appels longue distance nationaux gratuits. Les autres extras comprennent un barbecue et une chaîne stéréo. Il y a une télévision 26 "à écran plat avec magnétoscope et DVD dans le salon ainsi qu'une télévision 20" dans l'une des chambres. Il y a une buanderie sur place pour votre usage.

Situé sur une plage vierge et isolée, le Valhalla est un lieu de retraite idéal pour la location sur Anna Maria Island.

Cette unité peut facilement être louée en conjonction avec l'unité à l'étage pour des groupes jusqu'à treize. Louez les deux et recevez un rabais de 10%! Pour les groupes jusqu'à 21 ans, pensez également au Tiki d'à côté! Comme son nom l'indique, le Valhalla est vraiment le paradis! Le Valhalla est une location minimum d'une semaine.

Host was very attentive! The unit was decorated so nicely. My husband likes to fish on the shore, they had a convenient outside hose to rinse things after a day at the beach. I loved that they had a cordless vacuum to easily keep the floors clean. Used it really often. Very nice big shower. Comfortable king bed. Plenty of beach chairs. I would go there every year if I could afford it. The bedroom was tight but they have a dresser and closet and worked fine. We were there for two weeks.

My friend and i stayed in the downstairs unit and it was great! Immaculate and furnished nicely, although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all kinds of dishes and cookware. The sunsets from the private beach are breathtaking, too!!

A little piece of Heaven❤️

My two week stay was awesome, wish it would have been longer. Beautiful area of Holmes beach, step out the door and the beach is right there. Clean white sand and beautiful water. We were impressed how comfortable the beds were along with the comfy pillows. Definitely coming back to such a cozey beach house . 🏝

Super nice location

We had an awesome time on AMI. We loved the downstairs Valhalla. This place is in a wonderful location and right near several places for all your needs. The house is right on the beach. Never had to put our shoes on the first time. Step off the porch and your in the sand! Would stay here again!

Beautiful location

This house was perfect for my family. We have 4 kids ages 9,5,4,2. This place easily fit us all with the pullout couch. They have updated some of the furniture than what is pictured! The location is perfect and within walking distance to anything you could need! Beach was stunning! We can’t wait to come back next year!

The property location is awesome.. it needs some updates, kitchen was tight, no temp. on oven, office fixed tv issue right away..but overall we had a great time..right on the beach...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location. The code to enter was different than what was text to me. There were maggots all over one of the recycle bins, the exhaust fan cover above the toilet was hanging from the ceiling, a dead roach was on the floor of the bathroom and there were 3 lizards in the house running around the entire week. Grill available but no outdoor table, had to ask upstairs guests to look for key to the laundry room. Wouldnt stay again.

Right on the beach!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was roomier than the photos would suggest. A large deck with a table and chairs was a plus as we lived out there. The beds were comfortable. However, you can hear the footsteps of children upstairs, but not the adults! The pull-out couch was not "new" as described. The mattress was old with the dreaded "bar" that prevents a comfortable sleep. Thin mattress egg crates were provided for this inferior pullout mattress Sheets, but no blankets were provided for the pullout. My sister ended up just sleeping on the couch because the pullout mattress was just too awful. The kitchen was updated with granite counters and a new sink and faucet. The updated shower bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. The App the company wanted us to download was useless for any communication with them. They must be phoned with any issues. The week before we arrived we were given a code for the keyless doors but at least the App stated that real keys were required, so I had to contact the company to clarify. In phone conversations, the staff was always courteous and helpful. Because of the location, we would consider renting again Valhalla downstairs.

Family vacay and graduation celebration

Walk out to beach - perfect. Able to connect with family. Only 1bathroom was a challenge. Hand washing dishes had not planned but not a big deal. Walking distance to anything needed including ice cream shops. Oh construction next door was never mentioned.

How can you not love AMI?
