This unique detached house is located on the heath and is a 5-minute bike ride from the village of Laren. Both Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached within 25 minutes by car.

The space
A very complete holiday home of approximately 90m2 with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a separate sleeping loft (1x double bed and 2 single beds) and a cosy spacious living/work room with home cinema.

Ideal for those who want to visit family, and have planned an evening at the theatre in the region, or just want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a weekend.

Perfect for a couple, or family with younger children. Not suitable for the disabled as the sleeping area is up a flight of stairs.

Bicycles can be rented in the village (walking distance) of Laren or can be arranged.

The location is ideally located near the roads and with public transport via both Hilversum and Naarden-Bussum.

Close to highways A1, A6, A27 and N236.

Hilversum, and Naarden-Bussem train stations can be reached within 10 minutes by bike.

Fast bus to Hilversum and Huizen is a 5-minute walk away.

Uber to the train station costs approximately 12 euros, to Schiphol 60 euros.
