Le fabuleux emplacement du BluePrint situé entre les plus beaux canaux de la ville Prinsengracht et Reguliersgracht, en fait une base idéale pour profiter des sites historiques ainsi que des musées de la ville.

La propriété, à l'étage inférieur d'une maison de ville traditionnelle de la fin du XVIIÚ siÚcle avec des poutres apparentes est située dans une rue calme et a été récemment restauré. L'appartement est entiÚrement meublé, moderne et privé, trÚs proche des grands musées, des restaurants et des cafés. Celui-ci dispose d'une entrée privée coté rue et d'un accÚs sur un jardin privatif depuis la chambre. L'espace est adapté pour un maximum de 2 adultes avec 2 enfants.

L'appartement comprend tous les Ă©quipements modernes:
Une cuisine avec four micro-ondes, plancha, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, machine à café et machine Expresso.
Une salle de bains avec une douche de tĂȘte , un lave linge et un sĂšche linge, un sĂšche-cheveux ainsi qu'un fer Ă  repasser. Les WC sont indĂ©pendants.

L'appartement dispose d'un salon spacieux avec une Smart télévision, un canapé en cuir confortable et deux canapés-lits. La grande table de la salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes.

The area was spacious and clean. The host supplied breakfast for our entire stay with fresh bread, yoghurt, cheese, juice and prepared meets. The location is amazing. There is a metro stop that is just a 5 min walk. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. There is a grocery and wine sire minutes away. It exceeded our expectations

Our stay was just what we needed on our first trip to Amsterdam. Maarten and his wife were so sweet to leave us breakfast in the fridge, the most delicious bread, coffee, and various other snacks on the counter for us to enjoy!! We loved the attention to detail. The location of their place was also SO ideal! It’s further enough from city central, but not too far (I believe their house is the 4th canal over from city central). VERY walkable and not as crowded which we liked a lot. They also have bikes you can use if you please! Would recommend :)

Beautiful basement apartment in the middle of everything. We were walking distance to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, the Leidseplein and Heineken brewery. Excellent location!

Blueprint Haven

This is a cosy home away from home amongst the beautiful canals of Amsterdam! Very quiet and well appointed with everything required in all areas: kitchen, living area and bathroom. Even a small patio off the comfortable bedroom. Included are bikes that Maarten adjusted to fit each of us. Malo and Maarten are caring and conscientious hosts who went out of their way to address our inquiries quickly and thoughtfully. We don’t hesitate to recommend this excellent Amsterdam VRBO.

Amazing Rental

The host were amazing, helpful and easy to communicate with them when needed. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 3. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to the metro with a nearby market. 10/10 recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location

Hosts are amazing, apartment safe and comfortable. If you have problems with steps, there are a few outside and inside. Excellent location. We easily walked to most neighborhoods and metro always nearby. LOVED using the bikes! Unfortunately, a lot of our visit was rainy, but we still had an excellent experience!

Just Perfect

This accommodation was perfect - great location, fantastic vibe, clean, wonderful hosts that supplied some lovely food and toiletries and were extremely helpful. We walked to the station 5 minutes away to get the train to Central and beyond. Just change trains at Zuid (about 3 stops)
the next station is the airport
quicker and cheaper than a taxi. We also walked to the galleries from here - 10minutes. And walked to most places
Ann Frank, Central station, Rembrandt Square. Restaurants and supermarkets around the corner and of course a canal! You need to book when you see the vacancy as it books up quick and no wonder, it really is perfect!

Perfect in every way

My wife & I were lucky enough to stay here for a few days in April and everything was just perfect. You can’t beat the location for the sites and the home was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. We were supplied with all of the basics and then some with milk, juice, cookies, danishes and plenty more! Milo & Marteen we’re great and offered us some great tips on the local area including which canal tour to take (Frienship Tours). Do not miss this great way to see the city!! Thank you for everything!

My wife and stayed in the apartment four nights. Maarten met us upon arrival and went over the functioning of the apartment. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, yogurt, cheese, ham and bread. The street is quaint and quiet yet close the tram and walking distance to good restaurants. We ate in the neighborhood every evening.

Great stay in the heart of Amsterdam!

This was a FANTASTIC stay in the best location!! Perfect for walking to anything and close to a metro station which we used quite a bit. Our only complaint was the listing advertised four bikes for use and there was really only one that was suitable for biking properly, we would have loved to use the bikes that came with the property as we really looked forward to that. Everything was clean and worked, we only had a small issue with the washer/dryer but the hosts were helpful to solve the issue and bring us new towels when ours didn’t dry. We loved this place , especially the snacks and breakfast items provided- such a sweet touch! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!!

Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. My 17 year old daughter and 15 year old son slept on the sofa beds and raved about their comfort. They also enjoyed watching Netflix before they went to sleep each night. The apartment was beautifully designed and the owners made great use of the space. Maarten met us upon arrival and showed us everything. He and his family live right upstairs, so were readily available if needed. We also appreciated the bread, juice, cheese, etc that was provided. Finally, the street and neighborhood were perfect - quiet and adorable, yet just a few blocks from bustling restaurants. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer than 2 nights!

Charming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our adult daughter slept on one of the two sofa beds which worked great. We appreciated the use of bikes and the kitchenette. Check in was easy and we arrived to a fridge of goodies. We LOVED the neighborhood, quiet, beautiful and close to the museums. Everything is a short bike ride or walk away.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

La maison a une histoire et un charme unique. Construire à la fin des années 1700, elle servait d'entrepÎt pour le thé venu de toutes parts d'Europe et d'Asie. Elle est située dans une rue résidentielle du centre d'Amsterdam, entre les canaux Prinsengracht et Lijnbaansgracht et à distance de marche raisonnable de toutes les principales attractions (musées, etc.)
Le quartier commerçant est accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Rembrandtplein ou Leidseplein avec sa vie nocturne et ses bars, se trouvent Ă  moins de 15 minutes Ă  pied.
Le musée Heineken Experience est a seulement 500 mÚtres!!

Nous apprécions le fait de pouvoir vivre dans le centre d'Amsterdam, avec tout ce que la ville peut offrir à proximité.
