Clean - Great View - Very Nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negative I would say is about the Spectrum Internet. I knew enough to reset the router, and I did that three or four times. The Internet was not reliable, but it would eventually connect and work. but other than that ... and not really a big deal ... we would come here again. We like oceanfront that is close to the beach and doesn't face other apartments. And we want a clean place. This fulfills that criteria just fine. The fireplace is just show, of course, but that's a nice touch. We used the washer and dryer ... and the vacuum. Two coffee makers are provided - the basket type and K-Cup. I didn't see one roach. We would come here again.

Awesome ocean view! Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. We were on 10th floor, it was very quiet. The building is an old building but they work hard to keep it looking nice. The pools were nice! Easy beach access. Had two hiccups when we got there, 2 tvs didn’t work, and bed skirt in one bedroom was dirty. Called and these items were rectified quickly. TVs in two rooms are very small. Picture of 3rd bedroom is misleading. That bedroom is tiny! Overall, we had a great experience and would return.

Great location

This was our first family trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo was perfect for us! We loved the fact that we had private beach access with pool options as well. The unit was very clean and the views of the beach were amazing! We would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - 10th floor with an elevator. Amazing views, we enjoyed sitting on the patio morning and night. Rooms were clean, we had everything needed in the kitchen. Loved using the boards and sand toys. Cons- the bathrooms were very small and hard to use as they were very out dated. Wish there were things for kids in the condo ( games etc.). Kitchen sink was outdated and made it hard for cooking and cleaning. Bring all cleaning supplies and beach towels. Couch needs updating as well. Overall a great stay, needed a few more things if you’re staying with kids.

Wonderful place

This was a great condo in a great location. My family and I had the best time and didn’t want to leave. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed! We will definitely try and get this condo again.

View is fantastic. The unit master bathroom is extremely small. The couch was old and dingy. The check in and out process was a little inconvenient but the staff and manager were very helpful and responsive. Location was great!!!
