This was the perfect place for us. We were close enough to walk back and forth numerous times from the beach throughout our stay. It was easy to find, clean and we definitely will try to come back.

Short get-a-way!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so close to the beach and tons of nearby restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and we are already planning another trip! Definitely recommend!

Great little spot

The place for just what we were looking for. It was very close to the beach, clean, quiet and had an equipped kitchen to let us make quick meals. The check in process was super easy and staying there was worry-free. Overall a great little spot.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! So close to the beach and the unit was perfectly and comfortably furnished. It had everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and all the extras such as beach towels, chairs, shampoo/ conditioner was so nice!! Will definitely be booking again!

Beach Birthday Occasion

Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful, beautiful setting and the Gulf Breeze Inn unit 2 was quaint, comfortable and just perfect for us. The cabana was a special treat. We can not wait to go back again

small one bedroom with everything we needed, very short walk to the beach, loved the outdoor seating with the tiki thatch umbrella were we spent most of our time when not on the beach, property manager adriienne was great. would definitely say here again

Perfect location

Located a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house has all facilities you need & a lovely little Tiki table out front to enjoy early morning coffee & late evening drinks. Our host Betty was super helpful when we were delayed due to a cancelled flight from the UK & then an early departure due to Hurricane Helene! Hopefully we will return again as would love to come back.

Beautiful stay steps from the beach

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Betty’s place. It was conveniently located, close to some of our favorite restaurants, and best yet, steps from the beach. The extras provided were amazing. We took the chairs down to the beach and it was perfect for reading with my feet in the sand. Being just a few blocks from some fabulous restaurants was an added bonus that allowed us to walk to dine. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Restful place!

Just a few steps from the beach, beautiful sunsets each night we were there. Comfortable king bed but we might recommend bringing your own pillow (the ones supplied are super thick and hard on your neck). The place was very clean and fun area to visit. All convenience and helpful property manager. Thumbs up!!

I was born and raised in Florida and raised my three beautiful daughters on the east coast of Florida. I later moved to Washington, DC and lived there for 25 years before moving back to Florida.
When I had the opportunity to buy the Gulf Breeze Inn, it was a dream come true. Indian Rocks Beach is what old Florida is all about, It is relaxing, slow pace and everything you want to escape life's stresses.
I love coming here with my family and seeing everyone enjoy the water, play games together, enjoy the local restaurants and in the evening, sitting together on the beach watching the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine.

The location is the very, very best

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Walking distance to local restaurant and small shops but quiet paced. If you are looking for the fast paced, commercial environment they are close by in Clearwater Beach and St. Pete but then you can return to the relaxation that Indian Rocks Beach . The best!!
