Bienvenue à Indian Sunset Beach! Les plafonds de dix pieds et 1290 pieds carrés d'espace de vie donnent à cette unité une sensation ouverte et aérée. Le plan d'étage est ouvert. Les chambres sont divisées donnant de l'intimité à tout le monde.

De beaux levers de soleil peuvent être vus sur la voie navigable intracoastale. Prenez l'ascenseur et descendez à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée au bord de la plage et de la plage de sable blanc. Une fois le soleil couché, profitez des lumières scintillantes des bateaux qui passent sur l'intracoastal depuis votre balcon privé. Ce complexe de condos n'a que 11 unités pour ce sentiment de vacances privées.

Cette unité peut accueillir 6 avec une suite parentale qui est mis à part du reste du condo. Le maître dispose d'un lit king size, d'une chaise longue / lit double, d'un grand placard et d'une salle de bain principale privée mise à jour avec douche à l'italienne.

La deuxième chambre a un jumeau xl sur lit superposé perpendiculaire king. Le deuxième bain à côté de cette chambre est très pratique.

La cuisine spacieuse s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon et comprend tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas si vous le souhaitez. Dans la laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal de l'unité, le linge devient un jeu d'enfant.

Le complexe comprend un ascenseur et il y a deux places de stationnement attribuées pour cette unité.

The place was clean and spacious. The front bedroom was loud on the weekend since it is near the street. There were lots of things for the beach. The bed was comfortable. The balcony also faces the street. There was a lot of room and we had everything we needed.

Great quiet getaway. A very short drive to everything in Dahlonega, but secluded and private. Spotless and amenities are set up nicely for guests. You will have a wonderful stay here. Great communication from hosts.

Wonderful place to stay

My sister and I and our two kids and we even brought our mom had a wonderful time. Even though we have the virus going on we still had an amazing time. The condo was great it was comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you could want.

Girls trip

Vacation for relaxation with my daughter and her friend . We loved the location and the condo was well stocked. Because of all the extras in the condo it truly made our time at the beach so enjoyable . Highly recommended property in walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shop !! Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Family Time

This was a family vacation. We rented 3 condos in the building. There was great beach and pool accessible. Restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is big enough to give everyone their space while staying together and we loved that as a family of 4!! Would definitely stay here again :)

WE LOVED IRB AND OUR CONDO!!!

Amazing vacation rental on IRB!!!

Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! They thought of every small detail to make vacation enjoyable including beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable! Enjoyed watching the boats in the intercostal every day! Thanks again for a fabulous week!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

The listing didn't do it justice. Huge 2 bedroom condo. Immaculate condition. Great location. We ended up with 6 people in our group and we were never crowded! We were able to watch the boats pass by from the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and condos for vacations, this was by far the biggest and best!

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

We love Indian Rocks Beach! It is convenient to all area attractions and the beach is not as crowded as other area beaches. The Saint Pete/Clearwater airport is 20-25 minutes away. There are many dining options within walking distance. Our favorites are Slyce Pizza, JD's, Jake's Cantina and Crabby Bills. A short drive will take you to Salt Rock Grill. Splash Harbour Water Park is within walking distance.

Clearwater Beach is only ten minutes away, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)
and it is only 30 min to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Chihuly permanent exhibition and 45 minutes to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios (1.5 hours)
