Bienvenue à Indian Rocks Beach! Bienvenue à Hamilton House!

Indian Rocks Beach est une famille orientée pittoresque ville balnéaire. Il couvre une période d'environ 2. 7 miles de beauté incomparable le long de la côte du golfe. Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances ... un mélange parfait de l'isolement et de l'aventure! Il existe de nombreux types d'activités pour tous les âges puissent en profiter. Il y a des sports nautiques illimitées pour essayer le long de la plage, qui se trouve à seulement quelques pas de nos portes d'ascenseur. Kolb Park est situé dans la rue pour les petits à jouer si elles veulent une pause de la plage et la piscine. Un skate park est là aussi bien pour les plus grands de montrer leur savoir-faire. Un mélange éclectique de délicieux restaurants sont dispersés le long du boulevard du Golfe pour votre plaisir. Vie nocturne et l'action se trouvent à quelques minutes à Clearwater et Saint-Pétersbourg Plages. Orlando et tous ses parcs à thème sont à environ 90 minutes. Busch Gardens est à environ 40 minutes. Et à la fin de la journée, vous pouvez blottir revenir à la tranquillité de Hamilton House.

Notre condo a été récemment rénové avec des comptoirs en granit, de belles armoires de cuisine, d'énormes portes coulissantes en verre à 3 panneaux et bien plus encore! C'est un confortable 2 chambres (lit Queen dans chaque chambre), 2 salles de bains avec une vue partielle sur la plage. Il dispose également d'une salle à manger et lave-linge et sèche-linge. Le service de télévision par câble est fourni dans le salon et la chambre principale. La deuxième chambre a une télévision, mais pas de service par câble, alors apportez votre équipement de diffusion TV préféré.

Ce condo a une atmosphère de vacances parfaite avec aucun des sensation commerciale. Il est le paradis ... Venez séjourner au paradis ...

Quyen was very helpful and super friendly anytime I had a question. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long home away from home. The complex was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect, only steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. This was our 4th year staying in IRB for a month and this condo was by far our favorite.

I really wanted to give this unit 5 stars but just couldn’t. Property was very clean and in the perfect location with walkability to several restaurants. Kitchen was very well supplied with dishes, cups, silverware and pots and pans. Our stay was for 3 1/2 weeks and there were issues with the pool the entire time. Could only swim a few days as the water was freezing. I appreciated the king bed in our unit but it needs replacing. Same for the couch. Springs are worn and you felt like you were sitting in the floor. Depending on who was staying above us, heard chairs being dragged along the floor quite often and children running about. Quick response from property owner when we had a minor issue. If upgrades are made to the unit we’d be back!

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Our family has lived in the Tampa area for several years. We regularly use our condo during the fall months as we have four boys who grew up on this beach, and now bring their families here. We hope that you will enjoy the awesome community of Indian Rocks Beach as much as we do.
