Very clean with all the things needed for a great beach trip included...chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, etc. Just show up and enjoy beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! The beach is literally a few steps away! Excellent choice!

We enjoyed our stay again this year. The condo was spotless, well stocked with essentials, and comfortable. The carpet in the second bedroom has been removed and replaced with bare flooring, which we loved! Thank you for another great stay!
