Hi Brett, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. This property is brand new to us and you were the first guest to stay in it since we have taken over. With regards to the foosball table we can only apologize. Unfortunately due to the foosball table being damaged and the excessive temperature in the garage with there being no air-con fed into it, we took the difficult decision to lock of the garage at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might caused. We did update the shortly after you booked, and thought we had sent emails to all guests who had booked prior to it being updated explaining the changes, but it appears you were somehow missed of of that email. We have made a large number of improvements to the property that were not advertised at the time of your booking and hoped they would outweigh the loss of the foosball table. Those upgrades included a new 50inch smart tv installed in the living room and a smart tv or smart tv box in each bedroom. Previously there was only a small tv in the living room. We also aded a basic streaming cable subscription package accessible on all tv’s, and upgraded the internet package to supply a fast connection whilst easily streaming on all tv’s. We have re-arranged the twin beds to create space to play in the bedroom, this along with the tv provides an area for younger guests to spend time, in a much safer and comfortable environment. We have also had a pool safety fence installed making the outside area safer for families as well. We have upgraded the beds/ mattresses in the property with a brand new super comfortable Kingsize bed in the master bedroom (formally a queen) and a supper comfortable queen size bed in the second bedroom (formerly a full). We have also upgraded the mattresses in the twin room. We have installed ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms. We have upgraded the shower heads to give you a rain shower and moveable shower head in the en-suite and a moveable shower head in the family bathroom. We have also after your feedback instructed the pool maintenance team to look at the pool step as it was something we were un aware of.
