3 bedroom home on the outskirts of Qualicum Beach

Our house is on 3 forested acres in a safe gated community. My adult son and I live on the property so someone is always here if you need anything. There is an attached in-law suite that I or a current guest reside in. We are a 20 minute drive from the town of Qualicum Beach as well as the beach. 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the back entrance to Little Qualicum River Falls. We are on a mountain with lots of places to walk or ride bikes. Hiking trails, lakes and lots of activities throughout the surrounding areas. Come and enjoy our peaceful home.

This property is clean and well maintained and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive.There were a couple minor drawbacks: The property description mentions ocean view, and this may have been true a decade ago when the trees were shorter, but there is really very little sight of water here. The listing does mention being 20 minutes out of town, but we didn't realize that that 20 minutes was the *only* way to get anywhere else, so the day trip to Tofino took an extra hour of driving beyond what we had planned.Overall, if you want a nice place to stay in a remote, beautifully forested area, then you really can't beat this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It was exactly as described and pictured. I plan to return. It's so quiet and peaceful yet close (by car) to many activities. The house is spacious and comfortable, and provided a relaxing space after busy days of exploring the area.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a bit of a drive from Qualicum Beach so you have to have all of your groceries otherwise it’s a bit of a drive to town. The host was very kind and lovely. We will definitely come back again!

Great place to relax, well appointed, fairly handy to places of interest, great price

It is very difficult to find a place with four beds, this was a jewel. 3 bedrooms one with two single beds, well appointed, about 20 minutes drive to a centre for shopping and to the beach. One bed is extra firm.

Beautiful secluded island stay

The property was about 20 minutes off the main roads but the peaceful, private nature of the property was perfect for our stay. Suite was very clean, cutely decorated, had basic amenities and felt like home. Kids loved their room with the two twin beds and adult rooms were cozy and comfortable. Spacious area for a party of 4 to share. Would highly recommend.
