Fellseeker - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Hi, Susan! Thank you very much for your kind review. See you next time! Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Hi there, Thank you for your review, and we’re really pleased to hear the property suited your needs so well, especially given the short notice of your booking. We’re glad the location worked in your favour during the less?than?ideal weather, with everything close by to make your stay more comfortable. Thank you as well for your helpful feedback. We appreciate your suggestion regarding a What3Words reference for the parking — we’ve now included this within the information provided to help make arrival clearer and more straightforward for future guests. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with the cooker hood — that certainly sounds painful, and we hope you’re okay. We’ll pass this on for review to see if anything can be done to minimise the risk. We’re pleased we could accommodate you at short notice and glad you had a positive stay overall. We’d be very happy to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Hi Katie, Thank you so much for such a lovely and detailed review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that Fellseeker felt warm and welcoming from the moment you arrived, and that everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It’s great to know the new bathroom and en?suite made a good impression too — and that the space worked so well for a weekend away with your dog. We really appreciate you mentioning the stairway light sensor. We’ve now had this adjusted so it responds much more easily — thank you for bringing it to our attention. It’s also lovely to hear that you found the parking manageable, that communication with our team stood out, and that the welcome packs were a nice surprise. And thank you for sharing the tip about doggy toilet breaks — being on the first floor does make it worth planning ahead, but we’re glad it didn’t cause you any trouble. Thank you again for taking the time to share such kind feedback. We’d be so pleased to welcome you back to Fellseeker anytime. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment and found it modern, clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for making the most of everything Keswick has to offer. Having shops, restaurants, and bars right on the doorstep really does make for an easy and enjoyable stay. It’s great to know the apartment stayed nice and cool during the recent warm weather too — sometimes that can be an unexpected luxury in the Lakes! Thank you as well for highlighting the access. As you mention, there are a couple of flights of concrete steps leading up to the property, so it’s helpful for future guests to be aware of this when choosing accommodation. Your kind words about our team and the guest app mean a great deal to us. Thank you again for your lovely feedback. We’d be absolutely delighted to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
