Magnifique condo en bord de mer à louer sur South Hutchinson Island. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain avec toutes les commodités - apportez simplement votre brosse à dents et vous êtes prêt pour un merveilleux séjour au bord de l'océan. Profitez de la lecture sur votre balcon surplombant l'océan, de la baignade dans la piscine, de la pêche dans les vagues ou de l'exploration de tout le golf, les boutiques, les restaurants et autres options de divertissement que la côte au trésor a à offrir. Piscine et court de tennis sur place. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

C'est ma maison d'hiver, située sur l'océan Atlantique, Jensen Beach est une plage de sable pittoresque qui est idéale pour toutes sortes de sports nautiques. Faites une sieste, faites-vous bronzer, allez à la pêche ou faites simplement une longue promenade relaxante le long des belles plages peu fréquentées qui s'étendent sur des kilomètres. Allez récupérer vos coquillages!


L'île Hutchinson, une île barrière de 80 km de long, abrite 4 villes principales: Stuart, Jensen Beach, Ft. Pierce et Vero Beach. Deux heures pour l'aéroport d'Orlando et une heure de Palm Beach.

This beach rental was in a perfect location. The rental was clean, very well supplied with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Sitting on the balcony, we felt like we were right on the beach, which was never crowded. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

We really enjoyed the stay at this condo. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Plus the master bed was VERY comfortable which was very important to my husband :-)Would recommend this unit.

Condo was absolutely perfect. Very well stocked with everything you could need plus more. Extremely clean and very nice. Pool and grounds are well maintained. David was a great to deal with, and got back to me very quickly, you can tell he takes great pride in his place and his guests experience. We have stayed in other Condos in the area, and this was by far our favorite!! Will book again for sure!!

Wonderful stay

The Hannas are excellent hosts! They provided everything we needed and more to start our stay. A magnificent view of the ocean welcomed us each morning; we enjoyed a wide beach with rolling waves and a swim in the complex pool afterwards. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!

This condo is in great locstion,well kept and the host was great. David commicated throughput the stay and had things laid out well. Others in confo were friendly. Stored my bike across from apt. Fished from beach and visited many good restaurants. Fourth year renting different confos our favorite

Value for money, it has everything you need for your stay, you need nothing, the sea view is to die for and every morning for the month we were there sunrise with Pelicans diving for fish is outstanding, the beach in front of the Condo we’re almost empty because there private and there’s miles of them, I totally recommend it.

What a view

During our month long visit we relaxed on the beautiful beach right outside the 3rd floor unit. East facing sunrises, waves lapping & small balcony was perfect. If the wind kicked up on the beach we were able to go to the heated pool which was sheltered from the wind. Unit itself was ample space for the two of us & visiting guests. Clean, towels & beach chairs were a plus. Kitchen was well stocked, even though we ate out most of the time. Many great restaurants & golf too.

A slice of paradise

Absolutely gorgeous view of the emerald green ocean waves from this immaculatey clean and well stocked condo on Hutchinson Island. The pool is very well heated, with loads of seating. David was amazing to work with resonding within minutes. Between Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart there is so much to do. Fantastic month spent in this beautiful property. Will definitely return. Thank you David!!!

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo!

We loved our stay at David’s condo! The location can’t be beat. We were so excited to see dolphins, a rocket launch, surfers and fishermen from the balcony. And of course, the sight and beautiful sound of the ocean waves. The apartment is well equipped with anything you could possibly need, lovely furniture and a super, comfortable bed. The building is well maintained as are the pools, which have plenty of loungers. The parking lot is gated and has little car washes for your use. (A nice feature to have when you are so close to the ocean.) David is a wonderful, kind and very helpful host and we don’t hesitate in recommending that you rent from him. Thank you very much, David!

Pictures Lie!

Very dated. Hvac very noisy and extremely dirty. Kitchen cabinets original and would not close properly. Dishwasher featured rusted-off tines. Microwave not fully operational. Internet reception spotty. Showers did not have safety grab bars. TV quit working the 2nd week and the owner told me to call the Geek Squad. We came home instead!

I am sad about this review because I take great pride in my condo and spend more than 2 months there every year. The pictures are accurate and I have many renters who gladly return year after year. Phil is in his late 80's and was technologically challenged with operating the stove, the microwave, the thermostat, the tv, the shower and the internet. We exchanged over 40 emails and multiple phone calls but it was clear he was troubled, particularly by the TV and Roku remote, and sadly, I could not meet his expectations hence this negative review.

Right on the ocean!

Loved our stay at Atlantis III. We could see the blue ocean view the minute we opened the front door! Watching and hearing the waves from the master bedroom each morning and night right outside the window was a special experience. The beach here is not crowded and we loved our sunrise walks along the shoreline. Everyday there was something different to see. One morning there was an endless stream of small fish near the shore. We even went fishing and caught a blue fish! We enjoyed many dinners out at the surrounding restaurants of Stuart and Jensen Beach. There is a also a place called Shuckers on the beach which we walked to. We also cooked in the condo's large kitchen and ate on the balcony overlooking the beach below. The owner answered all of my questions and the whole process was easy and affordable for what you get. Everything we needed was there including a washer and dryer. There is also a heated pool. The back bedroom does not have a view but is quiet and dark at night. Would like to go back anytime.

A perfect getaway location for sea, sand, sun and fun.

My wife and I spent a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this charming, spacious, beachfront condo. We enjoyed long walks on the uncrowded, beach, swimming in the convenient, saltwater pool, and enjoying the delights of Florida's Treasure Coast. One highlight was discovering King Neptune, a small but superb seafood restaurant tucked away in the nearby fishing community of Port Salerno. Another memorable experience was watching from the condo balcony a SpaceX rocked launch from Cape Canaveral. For museum lovers, check out the classic car collection - and much more - at the Elliot Museum in Stuart. Worth a drive a little further up the coast in Vero Beach is the McLarty Treasure Museum, which is dedicated to an ill-fated 1715 Spanish fleet and the efforts to recover its priceless cargo. Thanks to an unexpected visitor named Nicole, we even got to boast "We survived a hurricane!" The condo rode out the storm just fine with no damage.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the condo from mid-October to the end of November. The view was great, being on the third floor, you see the ocean and the waves like if you were on a ship! David, the owner, was very responsive resolving some problems with the condo that were not under his control. If you like spending time on the beach and the pool, David's condo is a great opportunity.

Beautiful ocean front experience

This was better than expected. Pictures don’t do justice. We had a great host who was very engaged and a very kind person. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will try to come back. There are tons of places to eat in short distance. Jensen beach downtown does a festival every Thursday called jamming Jensen. The apartment had everything you need. What a lovely time!

It's all about the View!

We spent the month of March 2021 in this Unit. Wowza...the VIEW!! David was super easy to work with. The Unit was beyond accommodating...we wanted for nothing. Perfect vacation getaway!!!?

Life is a Beach!

My husband and I stay for a month and had a wonderful time. The location of the condo is perfect, two restaurants you can walk to. The owner was very responsive in our only issue which was the coffee pot deciding not to work anymore. The owner immediately had a new one sent to the condo. The unit is nicely furnished and has everything one would need to stay a week or several months. We are looking forward to our next trip and would definitely stay here again.
