Ayez l'impression de toucher le magnifique Dôme !!Charmant, lumineux et très paisible appartement penthouse (1100 pieds carrés) avec une vue incroyable à 360 degrés sur les principaux monuments, Duomo, le Palazzo Vecchio, Orsanmichele, et même à distance San Miniato et Forte Belvedere! L'appartement a été meublé avec un style italien et un excellent soin des détails. L'appartement dispose d'un sol en terre cuite et de hauts plafonds avec poutres apparentes. Il dispose de deux chambres spacieuses, chacune avec sa salle de bain attenante: une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple. L'autre offre une vue imprenable sur le Duomo, il est situé à côté du grand salon spacieux avec cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, qui mène à une terrasse privée avec une vue incroyable sur les toits, les plus hautes tours de la ville et sur la belle Collines, le soleil brillera sur la terrasse à partir de 9h10, ce qui rendra le salon (à travers 4 grandes fenêtres) très lumineux et aéré. Sur la belle terrasse, vous pouvez obtenir un bon bronzage, un bon repas italien ou plus simplement siroter un savoureux limoncello frais dans la veille avec des lumières de Florence sous vos yeux !! Il est au dernier étage d'un élégant palais juste à côté du Duomo. Il y a aussi un ascenseur, donc vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de porter des bagages dans les escaliers.

Marco was very helpful with checking and responded to all our questions quickly. Just loved our stay here. It was our second time in this same apartment it’s very close to all things Florence and has a market on the corner. Perfect spot.

Marco made us feel welcome as visitors, even though our flight was delayed he stayed at the unit to explain everything to us recommendations called to check on us during our trip Marco is like family to us. We stayed in this beautiful apartment for over a week while visiting our daughter abroad. We enjoyed our views of the Duomo and took full advantage of the beautiful outdoor terrace. We loved having space to move and a place to come back to with our daughter and other 3 children after dinner to sit, hang and continue to catch up. Marco is the most gracious host. Communication was fabulous, he checked in often and had great recommendations as well. This place and location right in the heart of this spectacular city will not disappoint.

We are 3 sisters in our 70s who had a five day stay at this wonderful apartment in Florence. We were so impressed with Marco and his prompt communication and warm welcome.The apartment was perfect for our needs and was very accurately described in the VRBO listing. But, the most outstanding feature of all was the location. When the listing says that the apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Duomo that is literally true. We would love to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Great spot to explore, most things are less than a 10 minute walk to sights and excellent restaurants. Great for those who want to share a place with another couple of family as bedrooms each has own bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

Great views and access to all Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s - we had to update our plans just before arrival and he was super helpful, kept in touch during our transit, very available. The apartment is roomy with a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine and church bells.

We stayed at Marco's place in July. An very well stocked apartment steps from the Duomo. Plenty of space for the four of us and the excellent air conditioning was appreciated as it was extremely warm out. Finally, Marco is a very attentive host who takes care to ensure his guests enjoy their stay. We highly recommend Marco's apartment if you're looking for a place to stay in Florence.

The location was within easy walking distance of anything you wanted to see or do. The building was very accessible with an elevator to the apartment. The property manager, Marco, was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He gave us additional help that many property managers do not give. We would definitely stay there again due to the location and easy communication with Marco.

A perfect Florence flat!

Marco was a wonderful host for our 8 night stay in Florence. Location can’t be beat for walking to all the glorious, historic attractions, plus SMN train station etc. Brunelleschi’s massive cupola on one side and a charming outdoor patio on the other. Highly recommended!

Home away from home

After a long day of travel (and delays), the host met us with a smile! He explained the house workings and provided easy recommendations for food in the area. The apartment was perfect for me and 3 teens! The terrace was amazing!

My family and I loved staying here. It’s right in the heart of Florence with views of the Duomo. 3 bathrooms were a big plus and the second bedroom was adorable! Also there was an elevator which was nice since the apartment is on the top floor. The host greeted us and answered our messages in a timely manner. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is that the primary bed is not very soft. But overall wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again!

We could not be happier with this apartment. We were greeted by Marco and he welcomed us with wine, chocolates and savory crackers. Marco is very quick to reply to messages. He is an incredible host. His property has been updated but it still maintains the charm of old Italy. You truly feel like you are at your nonnas home. We were able to enjoy caffe each morning thanks to his moka pots and coffee that Marco provided. The terrace is an added bonus. Beautiful views from all windows and the terrace. The lift made it so nice for our elderly aunt and uncle. We loved having 3 bathrooms!The location is perfection. Close proximity for the walking the town but also easy to use the taxi app for further destinations. If you’re looking for great location, old world charm with modern amenities like a lift, more than one bathroom and air conditioning, this place is for you! We hope to return soon!

Great apartment in Florence

It was a wonderful stay at Florence. The apartment with it's terrace and the great view on all the historic buildings especially the 'Duomo' and the 'Campanile' is very special. And while staying here we have had a very friendly host: Marco. He'll help whenever help is necessary. He explains everything. He is just 'molto simpatico'.

Great apartment and host!

Apartment was old school Italy. Very quaint and comfortable with a very nice terrace. Lower bedroom has low ceiling clearance so be careful of ceiling beams . All the varied plates and other kitchen utensils you could need. Location perfect. Washer came in handy but you need to air dry whatever you wash on terrace or in apartment. Marco the host amazing with communication and any needs when staying at apartment. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Florence. Thanks Marco.

The perfect place in Florence!!

This property was even better than expected. Marco was a wonderful host and provided us with so much info. He helped us when the airline lost a bag. He made sure we had the right number to call to find out about it .The apartment was very quiet, which is hard to find in Florence especially this close to the Duomo. It was very clean and Marco left us 2 bottles of wine and some snacks, also all the essentials. Would stay here again if we return to Florence. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment!!

For our adventure, it was perfect

We thought the space was much bigger than the pictures showed. It's sort of an eclectic space with the second bedroom down a short couple steps with a low doorway. That was no big deal to us... and the views from every window were of an iconic piece of history... the duomo right out the bedroom wind the Palazzo Vecchio off the back deck. It wasn't noisy considering how close it was to main tourist attractions. It's centrally located we walked from the train station... Over all it was a great place to experience Florence for us. Lastly, the A/C worked great and kept us quite comfortable. We'll try to stay here again for sure.
