This beautifully presented ground floor self contained apartment is the ideal base for visiting Edinburgh for the Festival, weekend breaks and holidays. The apartment can sleep four adults comfortably in two double bedrooms and we are also able to provide a travel cot for small children.

The apartment is in the city centre close to an array of fantastic bars and restaurants with attractions within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment throughout their stay
Other things to note
Arrival time is usually after 3pm and departure before 11am. We do our best to accommodate guests who’d like to arrive earlier or leave later than these times. If this isn’t possible due to other bookings then you’re able to drop your bags early or leave them later in the apartment. If you’re arriving really early or leaving Edinburgh very late then there are affordable third party left luggage options which can be useful.
If you would like use of the travel cot or high chair then please provide prior notice so that we can make sure these are arranged for you. We’re happy to provide a mattress protector and sheet for the cot however once again we would be grateful for prior notice for these.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a first trip to Edinburgh, quiet and safe location, close to the Royal Mile, and very clean and inviting for our family of four. The hosts provided all that we needed to feel welcome and comfortable.

I chose this flat because it was conveniently located (close to the train station and very close to interesting sites), and it didn't disappoint! Loved the St. Giles Cathedral, which is literally 3 minutes away from the front door. There was some construction going on near by, but it was only during the day and we were out and about anyways. The tasty pasties (meat pies) at Mors Bakehouse nearby are great for a quick lunch or breakfast! Would love to visit again.

We had an amazing time at this flat. Everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The bed was cosy, the kitchen well equipped, and the location perfect for getting around easily.Communication with the host was excellent, they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about our experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the Royal Mile and quiet and on a neat old close (Scottish street). We appreciated the Scottish goodies we found on arrival. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect location in Old Town

This is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Edinburgh. The location is central to everything (including ghost tours. There is a very nice pull-out couch plus two nice bedrooms.

Great location and great flat

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was a reasonable walk from the train station, a very short walk from the royal mile, and a ground floor flat. Overall a fabulous location. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The art on the walls was so nice. We'd highly recommend this flat.

The unit overlooks the castle with great views; it is modern and efficient. However, it is located on four flights of very narrow winding stairs. If you have luggage, and most tourists do, it is a real struggle. Also, every time you leave, you have to navigate the stairs. They use a passport email-based booking access that provides a code, which is sent less than 3 hrs before arrival. We had connectivity issues and could not access the information. The closest luggage storage is down lower with more stairs to climb. I recommend you take a taxi right to the door. It was expensive to rent.

Lovely flat in the heart of Old Town!

This vacation rental had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Edunburgh. Its very centrally located and was a short walk from the Royal Mile and many attractions in the city. If you are arriving from the train station I recommend a taxi to avoid a steep walk to the apartment with luggage.
