Summary:

This flat is colourful and lively. It has an outdoor patio area, and is nestled just off the main road. Guests staying here will be close to the action but also live like locals in this quaint neighbourhood.



The Space:

The property is situated at basement level from the main street. Just off the entryway is the first bedroom, a cosy single, ideal for a young adult or child. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a King size bed and grand ensuite bathroom with separate bath & shower and a his & her sink unit. The third bedroom is another King bed and overlooks out into the inward courtyard and next to this is the second bathroom with the shower/bath combination unit. Down the hall is the kitchen where you will find out your essential kitchen items and cooking equipment as well as a breakfast bar. This leads into the living room, which has access from there to the patio. The smart TV sits in the wall above the fireplace. In addition, there is underfloor heating throughout and wireless internet.



Guest Access:

Guest has entire access to the basement property as well as private patio at rear of property.

The home is close to the Hollywood Arms, a great place for an end-of-night drink.

Mali Vegan Thai is down the road, serving vegan food.

Megan's King's Road is a mediterranean restaurant open until 11PM.



Outdoor Areas:

Brompton Cemetery is right across the road, and has many famous people buried there.

Battersea Park is just across the river.



Attractions:

Battersea Power Station is across the river.

The Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the Natural History Museum are all less than 30 minutes away.

Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, and Hyde Park are less than 30 minutes away.



Getting Around:

Earls Court Station: Underground (District and Piccadilly lines), 5 minute walk.

The Piccadilly line goes directly to London Heathrow Airport.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.



Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.



If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.



We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.



Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.



Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

Great stay

Excellent location...a block to the EC tube station. Easy to get essentials at M&S. Walkable to many restaurants and shops in EC and Kensington. We had a great week of sightseeing and family time in this flat. Flat was as described, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent. Would recommend to all...thanks for a great stay!

Basement Luxury close to Earls Court

Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed the flat and the location. The flat has high end fixtures and furnishings and is well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to Earls Court (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) was great for getting to all the sites within 30 minutes max and the area was full of local (reasonably priced) pubs, Thai, Lebanese and Italian restaurants. We would definitely consider returning to this special flat.

Fantastic Family Stay in London

We had a wonderful time at the Colorful Garden Flat! The space was bright, beautifully decorated, and much roomier than expected. It had everything we needed, including cozy heated floors that made it feel extra inviting. Our family of 4 had lots of room to spread out and unwind after long days of sight-seeing and shopping.The location was perfect—just minutes from Earl’s Court station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive.Highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting London—we’d gladly stay again!

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed our trip to London and our stay in the Colorful Garden Flat was perfect! The property is exactly as described - it is decorated in beautiful, fun colors and located close to public transportation and a grocery store. The rooms are clean and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We had excellent communication throughout the process and all our questions were addressed immediately. I would stay here again the next time we visit London.

Great rental and location

The unit is very well furnished and supplied (and it looks great!). It's a quick walk down the street to a few neighborhood pubs and the Earl's Court Station, as well as a nice walk to the museums (we went to the Victoria and Albert Art Museum). The owner was very responsive to a few pre-check-in questions. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are great. The unit is quite large. Great stay - definitely would recommend it.

Great Location, Quirky Decor

Love the location of this flat. Close to the multiple tube stations as well as a bike share location. The flat is decorated as in the photos which is clever and fun but many things are a little dated. The flat was mostly clean when we arrived, but it was clear no one had dusted anything and there were "paintings" that had been ripped off the hallway wall and set aside. The pillows in the living room could use a good wash. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make a few meals during our stay. We tried to use the washer/dryer but had problems. There was no manual to consult. We successfully washed but the dryer did not dry our items. In fact, they seemed to get more wet... We were excited to use the garden area but it was filthy and the faux grass was teaming with ants. The bed pillows also need a good wash or replacing. They are stained and the one in the single bedroom smelled so poorly that my daughter refused to use it. In general, the flat could be pretty amazing with some sprucing up and a good clean.

Great stay in the a great location!

The flat is located a short walk down the street from the Earl's Court tube station. There are a few groceries / markets also just down the street, making it very easy to pick up items on our way back home after a day site seeing. There are also plenty of restaurants near by. The flat itself was very spacious, much larger than anticipated. It otherwise is exactly as pictured. Check in was easy, and instructions were clear. Same for check out. The host was easy to contact, and responded quickly and provided assistance or fixed whatever was going on in a very timely manner. We arrived on Boxing Day, and even though it was a holiday, the host was available and was able to help separate a double bed right away. The flat was also well appointed, with everything needed to make the stay for our family of 5 comfortable. We were there for Boxing Day through the new year, and the floors were heated, which made it very comfortable. You could not tell that it was a basement apartment while inside. It was a perfect space. It truly was a home away from home. Would completely recommend this flat to anyone, and would definitely stay again!
