Welcome to Britannia House - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey - featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, Air Conditioning (charges apply), patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".

Enter Britannia House through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.

Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with new seating and double BBQ with amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play. Please note the lounge area is air conditioned (subject to additional charges)

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite (air conditioned) with a kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 full double beds - these share a large family bathroom.

There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

Britannia House is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs!

Good property could be better
Lovely big house, plenty of space and great location. It was the little things that let it down, almost empty hand sanitisers in bathrooms/kitchen, chipped plates in cupboard, very low quality tv in living room, filthy cupboard under kitchen sink, all kitchen utensils are old and need updating, sand on spade and in beach bag in cupboard, no washing up liquid yet window cleaner and shower cleaner? all walls marked and could do with a refresh, white dog hairs on settee, a very very old hairdryer, the freezer needed de-icing and a gap in flooring from the laminate to carpet in the living area. All these little things are not expensive to replace/clean/repair yet would make a massive difference to people stopping here.

Excellent!
Fantastic property in excellent location! Huge property with masses of space in every area. Great layout to accommodate every generation, from downstairs bedroom/bathroom, to spacious quiet bedrooms upstairs, meaning the little ones could sleep without being disturbed. Playing area outside for kids to play, with lovely sea view and local pub/shop and leisure facilities within a short walk. Extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent customer service with lots of detailed information and friendly communication. Highly recommend!

Britannia House
This is a spacious property in an excellent location for beach walks. It is comfortable and modern with the master bedroom having sea views and a seating out veranda. Unfortunately the time of year we visited we couldn’t sit out to take advantage of this. But this doesn’t detract from how this property is ideal for time together with families. I would strongly recommend a stay at this property. My only negative was the cleanliness of the oven, however I was unaware that this could have been resolved during our stay, but chose not to raise the issue at the time (my fault). And the only reason why all scores are not 5’s.

Amazing stay
I visited here with my family, a mix of all ages including young children, and it did not disappoint. The location is amazing with plenty to do on site including only a short walk down to the beach. This provided the most gorgeous of views seen via both sets of bifold doors in the living area and the master bedroom above. The property is so spacious with a very generous amount of space to be found especially in the living areas which is just what we needed. It was beautifully clean throughout and has everything you could ask for. A truly relaxing home from home break away.

You will have access to the whole property, parking (near or right next to the house), private patio / deck.

Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dontsupply bedding for the cot so thats the only thing you will need to remember!

You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email.

You can also book on any activities organised at The Bay for its guests (operated and charged by Away Resorts). Full information on how to book and the activities on offer are sent after booking.
