Pebble Place is beautifully furnished to a high standard with new carpets throughout.

Deceptively spacious, with the benefit of a separate lounge and dining/kitchen, its an excellent choice for a family of up to 6, or a multi-generational group.

The kitchen-diner has seating for up to 6 plus room for a high chair. The brand new kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and under-counter fridge with ice box.

The lounge has 2 large sofas, armchair, large screen TV, wii for games, and access to the courtyard area with seating and BBQ.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed with storage around and a new dressing table and TV and its own ensuite shower room

The second bedroom has a day bed which can be made up as a single or can be extended to make a kingsize if required (2 single duvets provided)

The third bedroom is a spacious twin with wardrobe and bedside tables.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Parking spaces to the front (across the road) or the rear.

Two small dogs or 1 medium sized dog welcome.

Super accommodation

Excellent accommodation spacious rooms with plenty of storage. Extremely comfy beds and sofas. Lots of games for wet days and evenings. A wee bit tight at kitchen table getting in and out. Very convenient for swimming pool and restaurant. Would highly recommend

Pebble Place

We having a wonderful stay at the beautiful Pebble Place in Filey Bay. From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a lovely, fresh smell throughout the house. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well looked after. It is also dog-friendly, but you would never know it! There was absolutely no smell of dogs, and both the sofas and carpets were spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend Pebble Place to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and comfortable dog-friendly accommodation. A well-deserved 5-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kind regards Aneta

We have stayed many times at the bay, Pebble Place was one of the best places we have stayed at The Bay. It was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic short break

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently and the cottage was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. It's close enough to Filey to enjoy a day there and there's access to the beach (via a steep path) The facilities on site were hit and miss, the pool was chilly but fine. The pub was ok but the amusements were hit and miss, with many games erroring or not working right

Lovely place the cottage was really nice only issues was finding the parking space but got there in the end .Great base to work from filey so special and not far from beverley races

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay and thought the location of the property was fantastic. It was also very spacious and I loved the extra touches to make it family friendly, the toys, night light ect. We asked if we could check in early and were kindly accommodated so we could start out trip earlier. The only downside I would say is that it didn’t seem as thought the downstairs had been hoovered when we checked in but we did ask for an early check in last minute so understandable. All in all a lovely stay

Cozy winter stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It was warm and cozy in January. The house was well mantained. We loved the furnishings and wall art. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the oven only has one shelf and we had to set the dishwasher frequently so we had enough cups and cutlery. It also needs wine glasses!

Thanks for taking time to review. We will see if we can arrange an extra shelf for the oven as they only come with one! We've added some more crockery and cutlery too and there were some wine glasses but we've added a few more to cover any breakages.

Our new favourite property

After using FBD for 6 years we’ve had our favourite accommodations which have suited our family (& finances). Well Pebble Place is our new favourite. The space was perfect for us, no tripping over the dog or queuing in the hallway to get your shoes on. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of. There’s always something I forget (cling film, dishwasher, toilet roll etc…) but they are there just in case. The Wii is a great touch and we had soo much fun with it. Thank you Pebble beach, hopefully visit again soon
