Super cute and clean condo ! We love staying at majestic. Host was super friendly. The only issue, which is no fault of the host, was a broken elevator. Due to this the wait time for the other elevators were ridiculously long. Regardless , we will be back next year!

Best Vacation Stay

This condo is right on the beach and has incredible views. We loved the beach and how beautiful it was. The only issue we had was the wait to get on elevators and there’s no AC when you do get on the elevator. Other than that it was an awesome vacation and we really appreciate our host for the great communication.

Nice unit with a great view from the balcony. Very convenient being close to the elevators since they can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Host responds to messages very quickly.

Spoke a good bit with the owner. She was very informative and helpful. Internet went out one afternoon and she got it working again within a short time. Very nice location!

Great little condo!!

The condo was nice. The description was pretty "spot-on" and had all the necessities needed for the week. I am glad we brought our air mattress, my 13 year old said the fold out couch was hard as a rock. Also, despite the little notes around the room saying to please leave the sand down on the beach...as soon as we walked into our room, we could feel and hear the sand on our floor. But that wasn't a huge deal for us. We used the broom each day quickly, which we do every time we stay somewhere. Pam was great to work with, too. I'd definitely recommend her listing or use again in the future!

Good location, great view!

Location was great, view was good! Elevators were a nightmare, wait at least 10 mins and we even took the stairs sometimes. Room was ok expect drains were stopped up and couldn’t keep the shower going or it would overflow and same with sinks.

Great Week!!!!

The condo was just the size we needed in a very late booking
. Loved that it was a corner unit, It was comfortable, could use a some extra blankets for laying around the living room in the evening
bathroom needs a few touch ups around the baseboard this was just minor stuff. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep ever. Thanks for a great vacation week đŸ€—

The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. The coffee maker does not hold k-cups, but has the option for single serve or 12-cups. If you are using the fold out couch, bring your own linens. The living room area is huge!! So much room for families to gather, and the balcony was bigger than most condos we have stayed at in PCB. The unit is right off of the elevator. I was surprised that the noise from the elevator shaft was very minimal. Finally, I was happy with the thick balcony doors. We did not hear any noise from the late night beach goers during our stay. Pam was so kind and easy to work with during our booking. I do recommend renting from her, and I will definitely rent from her in the future.

Amazing view

Nice condo right on the beach with an amazing view. Unit is clean and comfortable for 2 people. Updated appliances. Facility is huge and it’s a bit of a hike from the parking garage but unit is close to the elevator. The proximity to the elevator is good but it also means that you hear it. Bathroom has a rain shower which was very nice but needed a little tlc. Overall great deal for the price.

Long weekend

This was perfect for our long weekend get away for a friends wedding. The condo was exactly as described and right on the gulf. Amazing!!

Great view, but

It needs some repairs. Some of the cabinet doors are about to come off. The bathroom ceiling needs some repair. The sliding door doesn’t lock. The ice maker didn’t work. But maybe I’m too picky.
