This charming townhouse is situated in a well-maintained complex with access to a shared pool. The first floor features a cozy living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient toilet. On the second floor, there are two inviting bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The seafront is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away, providing easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. First impressions were good,clean, well equipped, we had plenty of space as only 2 of us stayed but with 4 people it still would have been plenty. There was a communal pool which we didn't try but looked well maintained. We spent very enjoyable mornings and evenings sitting out in the small garden with a drink or two. The neighbours on one side were very friendly and helpful with info and recommendations. The only small downside was the lack of cupboard storage for food etc, we could have done with less plates and mugs as there were plenty. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

As a solo traveler, this townhouse was perfect for my vacation. Quiet, clean, and easy access to everything I wanted to see. The view of the Mediterranean is stunning. I explored on foot to Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Harbor, the beach, supermarket and more. The city bus was reliable as well, and tour buses picked me up only minutes away on the main road. As an avid hiker, I enjoyed the steep climb to the property at the end of the day! Mathew is a spectacular host and promptly answered my questions. I appreciate his speedy attention to a minor issue that arose, as well as clear communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

On first impressions the accommodation was fine, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and sheets very clean you can never beat your own pillows though. With no dishwasher as stated in description I know was no real hardship but annoying all the same, the toaster was not working so we had to buy our own, however, after communication with the owner he offered to reimburse the cost. The bathroom toilet flusher was broken and the only way to flush the toilet after taking the lid off was to push the mechanism by hand, not helpful really and quite annoying yet again, after 3 text messages to owner a handyman finally turned up the day before we left, we were there for 2 weeks! The views from the patio and front bedroom balcony are correct in description “stunning.” Aircon was vey welcomed. We never expected 5* accommodation for the cost of the townhouse for 2 weeks and we understand things can break but when you don’t get a reply to your text messages from the owner your left disillusioned, frustrated and annoyed as already stated. If the owner had taken something off the bill I would have rated this townhouse experience higher but he has not had the decency to get back to me and I’ve been back home a whole week now! So for that reason I and my party give this townhouse a 1* rating!! If he would like to get back in touch I’m sure we could work something out to reflect a more favourable review? But I’m not holding my breath.

What a beautiful green spot - so unexspected, seaviews, and always a fresh breeze

I arrived in the middle of the night, but Mathew was so helpful—even at that hour! Thank you so much! It was an ideal base for trips to the harbor, the fantastic natural pool at the Cynthia Hotel, and Turtle Beach. Everything is very accessible. The stay was truly fantastic. The house was very cool inside (without air conditioning)—I slept like a princess. Everything was bright & shiny—even though I booked a day before. There were guests just a few hours before me - but they managed everything so well.Thank you so much, I'll be back soon :D. And thanks for the bottle of water in the fridge!

Townhouse stay

We found our location late on an evening and very pleasantly surprised at how stunning the views were overlooking mountains and the Mediterranean sea. The accommodation has a car parking space outside property which then leads to approximately 10 stairs to the gated patio and front door. There is a table with chairs on the patio which is a shaded area all day but still very warm. The back garden has a small table with 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, also a clothes airer. The back garden is a sun trap however there is a canopy to roll out as needed along with a hosepipe to water garden and cool down if needed. The living area is very spacious with ample seating a dining table with chairs, a tv Kitchen area also quite large with washing machine and all amenities for self catering Downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs there is 2 good size bedrooms, one double with a balcony and 2 chairs to watch the beautiful sunsetting, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with ample wardrobe space. There is also a family bathroom with shower, very clean. The whole house is very clean and tidy, the neighbours who are residents were all very welcoming and helpful throughout out stay. There is a communal pool out the side of house which is very clean and quiet with an allocated sun lounger. The property is on a very large steep hill so a car is needed, however the hill is a nice walk down if able to do ( locals call it cardiac hill).

Schöner Urlaub in Paphos

Die Lage des Townhauses ist super, geräumige Zimmer mit Meerblick. Gut für 4 Personen und sehr zentral. Alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Preis ist gut!!!Sehr schöner gepflegter Garten, wo man morgens schon die Sonne genießen kann. Tolle Kommunikation mit Mathew, der uns wirklich sehr gut und diskret betreut hat...alles über WhatsApp. Was uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat ist die Ausstattung. Das ganze Interieur (ausgenommen Fernseher) sind sehr sehr alt. Der Esstischgruppe war gut, der Rest müsste für unseren Geschmack erneuert werden. Das gilt auch für Badezimmerausstattung wie z.B. Toilettenbürsten, Spiegel, Unterbau Waschbecken usw. Schöne Bilder an der Wand jedoch hätte es uns besser gefallen, wenn dort nicht so viele bzw. keine Heiligenbilder gestanden hätten. Auch die Außenmöbel könnten mal erneuert werden, teilweise verrostet. Das alte verrostete Kinderfahrrad in dem kleinen Garten hätte man auch woanders lagern sollen, weil das keine schöner Anblick ist. Ansonsten alles gut, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, waren 4 Wochen Ende Dezember bis Anfang Januar dort. Ich hoffe das waren ein paar gute Tipps für den Gastgeber um es noch schöner zu machen. Dann buchen wir gerne wieder :-)
