Sterling Reef est situé sur Front Beach Road à distance de marche de Shipwreck Island, un parc aquatique idéal pour toute la famille. Avec ses multiples toboggans aquatiques, ses piscines et sa riviÚre paresseuse, Shipwreck Island est un excellent moyen de combattre la chaleur.


NOUVEAU COMPLEXE! Grand balcon donnant sur les fabuleuses eaux vertes émeraude de la cÎte du golfe. Cette copropriété de vacances comprend deux chambres privées et deux salles de bain complÚtes.

La chambre principale face à l'océan a une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique et une porte coulissante en verre sur le balcon. Il a une télévision à écran plat et un lit King Size. Dispose également d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire / douche combo jardin.

Dans la chambre secondaire il y a un lit queen size et aussi un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat.

Ce complexe dispose d'une piscine chauffée en saison avec un grand barbecue, les deux sont situés Gulfside.

Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat et avec accÚs au balcon face à l'océan avec suffisamment de place pour manger sur le balcon.

This was our 2nd year at the condo, we love the location. Beach and pool are awesome,condo is perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful condo, perfect views, great access to everything. The only issue was Lots of sand and black feet after not being there very long. One of the kids beds had a lot of sand on the comforter and there was sand on the couch. It was easily cleaned up, but was a nuisance to start the trip.

This was the perfect size condo and we really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef! There was an initial concern regarding house keeping, as there was still an overwhelming amount of sand throughout the unit including all over the master bedroom bedding! However! This was quickly and promptly resolved when we reached out to the unit owner and made them aware. Our unit was thoroughly vacuumed and all linens were replaced.

Nice Peaceful Week At Sterling Reef

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had a great time in PCB! The unit was nice and clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We loved that the beach was right there and all the stores were close by. We will definitely be returning!

Loved it!

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Very clean updated space. The view to the ocean can’t be beat. The only 1 complaint is that the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Nice condo

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned yet by the housekeepers so our check in time was about a hour later than scheduled. It was nice and had a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was not enough space in the kitchen to put food. All cabinets had dishes in them. We enjoyed our stay.

Vacation

This vacation with family was awesome. The location and beach is great. The only thing I did not like was the condo cleanliness, it almost seemed like the cleaning crew left in the middle of there work. The floors were dirty , there was a cleaning rag left on the table, windows were not washed , there were some clothes left from other people on floor, and I had to wipe down end tables.

Outstanding beach

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Was enough room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Perfect location. Could be cleaner. The biggest problem we had was the bands used around the property. Had to cut my youngest child’s off of her.

We had 2 families with toddlers. This place was Perfect location between Anderson beach park and the Pier park. Great view from the balcony. Right next to another pier so we had enough waves breaking towards that side and calm water a little away. Rental property was well stocked with everything and more.walkning distance to water park. Best part was prompt customer service with a direct line to Paula who took care of everything. Will definitely try to stay again.

Beach Vacation

Condo served the needs of our family of four. The view and the beach are very nice. However, prior reviews were correct. Sofa and mattresses were broken down, stained and need replaced. In addition, the condo had been poorly cleaned, if cleaned at all.
